I drove up with no appointment. They were very fast and reasonable priced. However, the quality of work fair to poor due to careless application and rushing to apply tint. If you are looking for a precision tine, without having to return on only Mondays and Tuesdays for them to correct their work, I would look elsewhere. I reached out to this tint shop among the many others available based on their name. My car comes with factory clear taillights and I want them to be red like the majority of cars on the road. When I requested a quote to apply the already pre-cut and purchased tail light tint for my car they told me they couldn't give a quote until I came to the shop. Upon arriving to the shop, I come inside and guy working the front counter identifies me as the recent caller who requested the quote. He then continues to give me a quote of $100 dollars without even seeing my car even though he previously stated that he needed to see it in order to quote me. It cost $100 to get a full car tinted (5 windows) as advertised on their store front. How do two taillights equate to the same price of a full car and the customer is providing the pre measured and computer laser cut material? Questionable and not professional in my opinion. read more

I got my car tinted, and to my surprise, it only took 45 minutes. They had three guys working on my car, one guy did the back window and 2 on the sides. Everything looked decent when I left, but the next day I noticed tons of bubbles on the back window. I called up there and they told me to bring it in the next week so that they can look at it. I did just that, and when I got there they told me that I had to come back on a Monday, since that's the only day they fix tint. Luckily I'm somewhat familiar with tint, so I was able to get most of the bubbles out myself. They promote a lifetime warranty, buy they seem to give their customers the run around when it comes to fixing the tint that they installed. Won't be going back again. read more

I called the business number about 30 mins before they opened (10 am) and the gentleman that answered was polite and professional. I was told it was 1st come 1st serve so I hustled on over. Once on-site they were courteous and knowledgeable while assisting me in making my tint decision. Spent close to 2 hours total there because 3 other vehicles were ahead of me. Now I'm no tint guru but from a layman prospective the job looks dam good and was completed quickly once my car was in the bay. I'm glad I went with Reliable after reading all the prior reviews. After a stressful day having to remove my tint because of law enforcement , I found this company on Yelp , I called , asked for a quote and he ask me to bring it right in and he will take care of me , at the last minute I decided to get my car re tinted and the staff was so understanding and did such a fantastic and professional job. They had a time on my back window , after figuring everything out I'm sure it was overwhelming they made sure they will get the job correct and they sure did and high five each other at the end lol . I will definitely recommend their services . Lifetime warranty and reassurance if I ever had any issues with the tint to bring it in and they will definitely take care of the issue. Great customer service indeed and the sitting area is comfortable and clean . The directv also help the times go by even though they were so quick with the services . Change the name to Unreliable Window Tinting. If I could rate this 0 star I definitely would.I thought I picked the right tint shop, but clearly I was wrong. If you know what I know you would run as far away from this place as possible. There are plenty shops that'll get it right but not this one. I always give a business a chance to right a wrong when a mistake is made.But don't try to make a customer feel uncomfortable or wrong for bringing to your attention poor service that was provided. The "host" dude with the grill in his mouth was very unprofessional. He tells me "every tinted window have bubbles in it" and then insinuate I'm nit picking when I'm showing him the bubbles in the tints. I been to this shop 4x in the course of 3 weeks and I'm still not satisfied. An average tint shop only require 1 or maybe 2 visits, but goddamn. I don't care how long it takes to do it right I'll always wait. Quality over quantity. I expect quality service for my money. If I'm going get half service then I should pay half price. I guess my little charger wasn't luxury enough to be given good service. Keep your lifetime warranty, it really doesn't matter if you have to come back every week for the samething. Maybe the "tint specialist" could be better trained on how to properly install tints. A real business would've apologized and asked what it'll take to make the sitiation right. These guys act like it was so hard to do that. It wouldn't had been no different than a new car pulling up getting tints. But "host" rather argue with me.
