Mid December I received a call from Reliance for 2 free months of their Heating Protection & Maintenance Plan. I agreed to sign up and then never received any info on this. A month later I see my bill increased by the same amount of the protection plan. I had to call Billing, and the lady advises me she has to transfer me to the "Protection Plan dept". Took another few minutes to cancel. He had to confirm my first and last name to cancel. I do have Plumbing protection plan with Reliance and seem to have no issues there whenever I book an appointment. read more

I have been a Reliance Home Comfort customer for almost 10 years and have had multiple products and accounts with them, including HVAC and water heater rentals. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Over the years, I have repeatedly dealt with incorrect or multiple charges on my accounts. This has happened more than once, and resolving billing issues has been frustrating and time-consuming. My experience with their protection plans has also been very poor. In my opinion, the plans provide very little real value. When service was needed, they were often unable to fix even basic issues properly. I eventually had to hire outside contractors and pay out of pocket to get the work done correctly. Switching services or adding products with Reliance has also been full of mistakes and poor communication. For a company that provides essential home services, I expected much better reliability, billing accuracy, and customer support. Based on my long term experience, I would not recommend Reliance Home Comfort. Be very careful with their billing, rental agreements, and protection plans. read more

This compan is a scam. Please be extremely cautious before choosing this company. Accountability, integrity, and customer care should be at the heart of any service business. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Reliance Home Comfort has been the complete opposite. What should have been a straightforward furnace diagnosis turned into a stressful, expensive ordeal that remains unresolved. In short: Our furnace was intermittently working (inducer running, ignitor lighting, flame starting but not sustaining). During the first service visit, a visible spark occurred while the technician was testing the unit. Immediately after that spark, the furnace completely failed. We were then told the control board was defective and paid $1,615.90 for its replacement. The furnace still did not work. Three technicians, including a senior technician from the same company, later reassessed the situation. The senior technician confirmed that the original diagnosis was incorrect and that the board appeared to have been damaged during service. We were told we deserved a refund. However, when we escalated this to the Office of the President, we received a cold response and a complete denial of the refund -- without, as we were informed, consulting the senior technician or reviewing his findings. Subsequent diagnostics identified the actual issue as the gas valve -- not the board. Despite this, the company continues to deny responsibility for the unnecessary board replacement. We have now been without heat for 7 days in freezing temperatures, with a baby at home. At this point, further repairs would bring the total close to the cost of a new furnace. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and financially burdensome. Customers deserve transparency and accountability when mistakes are made. We are still hoping for a fair resolution. read more

Extremely poor service. The furnace that Reliance installed, failed 10 years exactly to the date that it was installed. Reliance states they have a 10 year warranty, but when we asked them to honor it, they said no because it failed exactly on the 10 year mark. The furnace actually failed a day before, but Reliance wouldn't send a technician out until the following day. If at all possible, avoid this company. Worst company I have ever dealt with. There's a reason for the sheer volume of bad reviews, complaints, and lawsuits against them (don't trust their company-sponsored 5 star reviews. Notice how every other site has terrible reviews). Their business practices, while technically legal, are unfair, predatory, and exploitative. They are greedy, cheap, and dishonest. The Government of Ontario had to intervene years ago to force them to include a Consumer Rights page in their contracts because of the huge amount of complaints from ripped off customers. Despite this, they continue their shady, despicable tactics to this day. Do not sign anything with this company. Their customer service exists only to trick people into signing new contracts and buying new products. Their "commitment" to 24/7 service? Lie. Having all necessary spare parts in their vehicles? Technician came to fix my furnace. Replaced some part, said that the part that he replaced was not the issue and the furnace has to be replaced. Charged me ~$500 for nothing... I had to call third party contractors to fix my furnace. Furthermore, I called Reliance in order to dispute the charge and removed pre-authorized payments. They charged me $500 anyways, PLUS they stole extra $300. (Total bill was ~800). Sent them multiple emails asking about the issue, no responses. This is a fraud company, stay away. read more

RELIANCE HOME COMFORT IS TERRIBLE IF YOU EVER HAVE A DISPUTE WITH RELIANCE HOME COMFORT, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. IT IS THE ONLY ACTION THAT GETS RESULTS. My Mother passed away in March of 2024. We found out that Reliance Home Comfort had been charging her for the rental of a furnace that she had paid out in full a year before. When I called them on this, they claimed that they did not have a record of the $13,000 payment my Mother made. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and months of phone calls, we got them to admit that they had the money all along. We got a refund but no apology or compensation for our time. In July of 2024, we sold the house and notified Reliance Home Comfort of the closing date. My Mother was paying for a Water Heater Rental from Reliance Home Comfort. We notified the purchaser's lawyer, and they confirmed that they would take over the cost. Reliance sent us a final bill, which we paid immediately. The sale of my Mother's house closed in August of 2024. We received a bill from Reliance Home Comfort in December for the Water Heater Rental. They failed to put it into the new owner's name so we called Reliance and sent a letter from our lawyer to the new owner's lawyer. We thought that was the end of this issue. However, it. is now February 2025, and we have received another bill from Reliance. When I called Reliance Home Comfort, they asked me for my Mother's forwarding address. The account is literally in the Estate's name. They now claim that they have no record of any of this information and want me to fill out a MOVE FORM and provide the new address - I can't seem to get them to understand that my Mother passed away a year ago. I have filed another complaint with the Better Business Bureau - it seems to be the only way Reliance Home Comfort takes any action. read more

This is a very bad and deceitful company. Do not do business with them. I did not assume any Home Comfort Rental or Smart Home Rental 10 year agreement upon purchasing my home. I received 2 lump sum bills for the first time 8 months after my purchase, which included overdue charges of almost $1000, for rentals that I did not set up. This was unexpected, as I was not aware of any such rental agreement nor had I consented to one. I have contacted billing and the customer solutions team on multiple occasions, but despite my efforts, there has been no resolution. Reliance has once again raised the price of their natural gas hot water tank rentals to now $41.61 a month plus HST. This means that the annual total cost to rent a water heater is $564. This of course does not include the cost of the actual gas you use. You can buy an equivalent tank for about $1,000. Instead, over the course of the 11 years I have rented I have paid Reliance nearly $6,000! In other words, I have spent $5,000 to have the peace of mind that if it breaks down that Reliance will fix it. For $5,000 I could have just bought a new water heater every two years and just used the manufactuer's warranty. Reliance contends their rental rates are "competitive" and "replacement of the equipment without upfront costs being one of the perks." The fact is you can save thousands by buying your water heater from just about any vendor. For example, I can buy the same Rheem water heater from Costco for about $1400 including taxes which comes with a full two-year warranty and then add an additional full five year 24/7 warranty from Costco for $169. Total cost of buying a water tank with 7 years of complete protection is $1568 and you own your tank. By comparison the current cost for 7 years of renting a Reliance hot water tank (and prices increase each year) is $3948. So you save at least $2380 for the same product and service. So their pricing is actually not close to being competitive. After 7 years you can choose to buy a brand new tank (though they should last 15) from Costco and you would still save thousands of dollars over keeping an older Reliance tank. We pay monthly for Reliance's home comfort program to ensure that our furnace, A/C, plumbing are in covered if an issue was arise. Here is the rub it's all BS. Had an electrician in for an unrelated matter and he found an issue with our furnace breaker. Which sent us down a rabbit hole. As it turns out the technician that serviced our furnace a year ago failed to mention that water is entering our furnace and had already caused a pipe, furnace fan and a the burners to rust. As a result we called reliance to book a technician appointment to take care of these issues. When the technician arrived he told me the rusted fan, pipe, and burners were fine and to just wait till the furnace fails. he went on to say that if Reliance was to replace furnace parts that were rusted for every customer, like me, then reliance would go bankrupt. I then asked him what the point was to me paying monthly for a service prevention and assistance then? The technician ordered the fan as I told him I would contact reliance myself. Another Technician came into today, and right off told me that he was replacing a $700.00 part that did not need to be replaced as it was just rusted and not failed yet. He also said I must have misunderstood what the other technician had told me. I assured him I had not and had understood perfectly. Reliance wants to take customers money, but not fix anything, so as it no longer is a repair but complete replacement. I then asked him if he had to pay for the part out of his pocket? And if not what did it matter to him? No response. Needless to say the fan was replaced and contacted reliance yet again about yet another rude, and dismissive technician. I also recently learned from another HVAC technician that reliance's technicians are all subcontractors and not reliance employees, and they get paid by the job. So the more jobs they do in a day the more money they make. No wonder they don't want to stay too long. Long Story short if I need a new furnace, A/C, electrical or plumbing work done I will certainly not be contacting reliance. read more

Technician arrived later then scheduled window (7-1130). After talking to him it would seem the people who do the scheduling over booked him. Technician was incredibly helpful, through, and fixed the problem. Now the service over the phone was disgusting. My wife called and was told the system was down and that they were unable to contact the technician. Moments later when I called system was operating fine. She took time off work and had to go in without the technician arriving. I came home from work to receive him, again the technician was awesome. After calling to see if we could be reimbursed for the several hours of unexpected lost work. We offered 20$. Not to mention I was calling from work to remedy the problem. Several times I was told the supervisor would call me back. It did not happen, after the third time calling. The supervisor returned my call. This company is a SCAM. Disgusting customer service, they seem to treat their hardworking technicians like garbage as well as their customers. I will never recommend this company. Poor service. STAY AWAY. They give you the run around. Have no problem taking your money monthly for rentals and they say they will give you a rebate within 30 days. It never comes. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! From setting up the account to getting services to trying to cancel the contract, it is nothing but absolute hell! I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy to do business with them, save yourself the heartache. I do not understand how they can still be in business in 2025. Here's our long story with them; we requested their service for regular maintenance on a furnace and A/C unit and obtain an appointment quickly. During the appointment, the service man explained the available services and we were enrolled in the protection plan. A representative later contacted us and opened the account and provided them with our banking information. Everything was confirmed and we enrolled on the protection plan. Months later, we received a recollection bill mentioning we had not been paying our bills - but they never charged us! We had to contact them on several occasions, re-submitting our banking information over and over again before the situation was settled. Whenever we tried to book one of our service, there would be months of delay before we were able to get one. We would always specify to call on my cellphone number over my partner's, as he was working when the appointment was - and on more than half of the occasions, they did not and since he did not answer, they would not show up to provide their services. Leads to our furnace needing repair, during the winter (when a furnace is particularly important) - we contact them for a repair. The employee comes and mentions that it is not repairable, we must change the entire furnace. Nothing at all can be done. Obviously, talking several thousands of dollars. He schedules a meeting with a sales representative and leaves. It didn't sit right, so we asked a local company for a second opinion - the most common part that breaks of the furnace was broken. Couple hundreds of dollars and it runs as good as new, to this day. To be clear, this was supposed to be covered by the protection plan. We contacted reliance to cancel the salesman visit, which was much later that week. Well they never advised him, and he still came to our house. He even shared with us his frustration as this was not the first time. This incident is when we decided that we would cancel the contract, but couldn't do it until the end of the term. Finally, came the time where the contract could be canceled. I contacted their representative who told me that I was not on the account and therefore, couldn't cancel it - despite having provided my information on multiple occasions at the beginning when we opened the account, the bills passing being on my credit card, having called on multiple occasions to schedule appointments and everything. The representative confirmed that while not being on the account, I could do everything but cancel the account or stop the charges to my credit card, despite being the cardholder. My colleagues all had their issues when they tried to cancel their account, some even needing to involved lawyers as they were destroying their credit score for not paying their account even though they had cancelled the services a long time ago. If you read to this point, I genuinely hope that my lifetime mistake won't be yours - I lost several hours of my life that I will recuperate, and you deserve so much better than reliance. read more

Emergency call for furnace. Customer service representative shut the phone on me. Would not put thru to management to speak to. My furnace broke down 3 times in one month, one service person blamed us for not changing the filter, one week later still not working. As first time home buyers, we inherited a Reliance hot water tank, and knowing Reliance had a bad reputation immediately sought to replace their product with one from a local, smaller company. Little did we know that we would have Reliance clinging onto us for months to come. They refused to accept the tank returned by the local company, citing incorrect account information, and continued to decline accepting it after the correct information was provided (the previous account owner was deceased and was not the same as the home owner who sold the home). Each phone call to Reliance resulted in another form of resistance or hurdle to cross to stop the monthly bills for a tank we simply did not own. When I called to cancel the account, all of Reliance's tricks had been exhausted, and after two hours of trying to get me to hang up, get confused or give up, they finally cancelled the account. I am still stuck with the bill that the smaller local company is trying to pay for us, but Reliance is refusing to speak to the company directly and is not providing a final bill in a reasonable timeline to close the account with a definitive value owing. After months of this, I am certain their goal is to keep these fradulent accounts open to confuse and belittle people unfortunate enough to have one of their products once under their roof. We hoped to avoid Reliance, but unfortunately we are dealing with the ghost of a product that we never once used in this home. The representatives are generally unhelpful and despite recording conversations and speaking to the same people over many instances, cannot seem to recall what they tell you from one sentence to the next let alone the next phone call. My son and daughter-in-law purchased their first home a year ago and the furnace suddenly stop working. Since the furnace was installed by Reliance 3 years ago, they decided to call Reliance for service. Reliance showed up and determined that the circuit board was fried because water dripped onto the circuit board due a loose clamp. The furnace was originally installed by Reliance as such the installation technician did not properly tighten the clamp. It was determined that since the warranty wasn't transferred to the new owner (my son) it would cost $854 to replace the circuit board. The billing dept. was contacted about transferring the warranty and they indicated that it would take 30 days for the transfer to be recognized by the system at which point the repair will be completed free of charge under warranty. I explained to them that my daughter-in-law is 4 months pregnant, and it was supposed to be very cold that night. Under the circumstance they waived the waiting period and indicated that the service dept will contact me to schedule a repair time. I got a call back from the service dept and they indicated that only the part is covered and not the labor so it will cost $340 since they consider it to be a manufacturers warranty and not a Reliance warranty. At which point, he tries to sell me a monthly service plan and if I buy it, they would be able to cover the cost of the labor in 20 days which is Reliance's waiting period. I contacted customer service to complain that was not the earlier agreement and they indicated the service dept was wrong in that it is not a manufacturers warranty but a Reliance warranty which covers parts and labor. Since it was the end of the day, they could not get a hold of the service manager. NIGHT 1 with NO HEAT. Next day, I contact the service dept and they indicated that the are having issues with locating a new circuit board. It's end of day, and I haven't heard from the service dept, so I called them, and they indicated that they are still having issues finding a new circuit board. NIGHT 2 with NO HEAT. Next day I call and asked to be transferred to the escalation dept because this was not going anywhere. They contacted the service manager, and he indicated that a new circuit board was found in Hamilton and that a service technician would pick up the part next day and replace it the same day. NIGHT 3 with NO HEAT. Next day a service technician was scheduled to show up between 2:00-6:00 pm. It's after 6:00 and no one showed up. Called customer service and they indicated that it was the wrong circuit board and could not repair the furnace. Asked to be transferred to the escalation dept but it being Saturday evening all the main offices were closed. NIGHT 4 with NO HEAT. Sunday morning, I contacted customer service to see what the service status is, and they indicated that they have send out an email to all the depts and individuals involved and hope to heard back from someone. NIGHT 5 with NO HEAT. It's Monday morning and finally got through to the escalation dept and they indicated that a service technician will be picking up the correct circuit board and installing it between 10:00 and 2:00 pm. It's 11:45 am and the technician arrives and replaces the circuit board. Within 15 minutes and the furnace is up and running again after 5 cold single digit and negative temperature nights. Through the whole 5-day ordeal, I spoke to 14 different individuals for a total of 8.5 hours and all they kept telling me was "I am so sorry to hear that." yet nothing was done to resolve the issue in a timely manner, especially with the fact that my daughter-in-law is 4 months pregnant, and the nights were very cold. A classic example of what one hand does not know what the other hand is doing and a total lack of accountability. Shame on Reliance Home Comfort for treating its customer so inhumanely and with total disrespect. read more

So, further to my review from February, I have been in touch with Reliance to try and recoup my repair (With invoice and photos of the damage) of $440 for a cracked toilet tank. Again, they are trying to fatigue me into going away, or going through hoops to get any recompense. This time though, I have to add LIARS to their list of bad things.....the agent informed me that their technician noted in his report that their was a pipe burst!! So again, please read my first review and then make a good decision as to whether you want to go with a firm that has a 1.1 review average. The incompetence shown by Reliance was astounding. To begin with it took them a day to send someone who stated that he was just a 'trouble shooter' and not a technician. He did not come in a 'Reliance' van but just a plain black one. He claimed to have solved the problem of the heat pump, but actually just took out a sensor from the Nest. The heat pump stopped in the night and the guest WC froze, cracking the tank and causing a flood the next day. I arrived the next day to try and clean up and then spent the whole day with the Reliance technician who informed me at the days end that actually the nest does not work without internet......the house, as they knew, was uninhabited and empty. Luckily the damege seems to be only $550 to replace the toilet, yet no real apology, only an email from their legal department informing me that in order to get compensation I have to fill out forms galore. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! I have been with Reliance for over 10 years and this is the atrocious service I get. read more

The most ATROCIOUS customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I rent my furnace, A/C and hot water heater with Reliance. I had A/C unit installed in my condo unit in June 2020. Had to call for service 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024. I was only getting "cool" air not cold. I was patient until this year. May 2024 started the insanity of trying to have the A/C fixed. I had to escalate my call because Reliance was sending out service people who didn't know what to look for and one guy who could detect the problem, but not able to fix it. Everyone poked around and then topped up coolant and left. One guy found a rusted coil and that was replaced. But A/C still wasn't working properly. It would blow cold air for a few days and then back to "cool" air. Service call scheduled by Customer Service Manager. Service guy didn't show up in the 4 hour window and didn't call or text to say he wasn't able to come. I called and spoke to Solutions Department. Useless Department. Asked for next person up. Got Resolutions Dept. They called service guy and he called me while I was on hold. He came 20 minutes later and FIXED my A/C. Turns out it was a broken coil on outside unit that was damaged either in shipping or installation. The guy who replace the rusted coil on inside unit removed a part on my furnace and said he didn't have them with him but he would call next day and come by to put them on, 5 minute job. Never called or texted, didn't show up. Resolutions Department wanted me to book TWO four hour window appointments. One for guy see what part was needed and another for him to come back and put the parts on. The guy who originally took them off said my furnace wasn't usable until the parts were put back on. I said NO! I refuse to set aside EIGHT HOURS for something that should have been done the day after the parts were removed just like repair guy said would happen. "Well Mrs. H you may just have to do that". I repeated NO! That is NOT an option. You figure out how to get me that part in ONE visit". I was put on hold and then told guy who did the service work had been contacted to call you to arrange day/time to come by. Next day he called and came by within 10 minutes. I called Resolutions Dept few days later and asked about compensation for Reliance taking FOUR YEARS of service calls to fix my A/C. I was looking for $677 credit to my account. 1 month of furnace/A/C rental costs for each year of service calls and 1 extra month for the insanity of getting it fixed in 2024. Reliance's compensation policy is $3/day I was without proper cooling. So they came up with 10 days since 2020 and would give me a $30 credit to my account. I was speechless for about 10 seconds. And then I totally lost it. I kept a calm but firm voice while being truthful, no yelling, no cursing/swearing. "Your compensation policy sucks. It took Reliance FOUR YEARS to figure out the problem and ONLY because I escalated my calls. You have service people who are not all trained the same way. The come and go and do their own thing. Blatant incompetence from Reliance in not ensuring ALL service people are trained the same way. You had no problems taking my rental charges every month. And your Resolution is $30 credit to my account after taking FOUR YEARS to find/fix the problem." There was silence. "I'm sorry Mrs. H. I'll see what else I can do." I now have a $50 credit on my account. Note: I blame the people running the company for the horrendous customer service, not the people I dealt with. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and I do understand they have policies they need to adhere to. Based on the other reviews, they are having to deal with unsatisfied customers on a regular basis. THE ABSOLUTE WORST ORGANIZATION. If you want a MOUSE INFESTATION due to their shortcomings, use them. I had a furnace and heat pump installed in January, before my baby so my family and i would be comfortable - it was the opposite with stress and discomfort at every step. Please do not use this company. You can find more reasonably priced products with better service. First, I noticed some issues related to safety (e.g. open furnace door did not automatically stop the furnace, it continued to run). I called Reliance to do a complete review of the install. They only fixed what i noted and did not do a complete review as requested, which would later cause major issues. It was time to use the heat pump and it didn't work. This was during the heatwave in May. The BRAND NEW Carrier Heat Pump came with a broken part. It took a lot of work and explaining to finally get it fixed, not replaced but another part was put in. Questionable warranty and products. A couple of weeks later, I noticed mouse droppings around my baby on the floor during tummy time. The exterminator came and showed us the gaping holes the installers left on the side of my wall, big enough for rodents to get into my home, nest and cause damage - and damage they did! Called Reliance again and they sent someone out. The Service Reps noted the problem and i was promised a seasonal technician, but the technician they sent did not complete the job (he left without a signed work order...just left without even a word) and they have to send someone else out to fill the hole they made so no more rodents come into my home with my young children. The case is still open and I have very little faith that Reliance is reliable enough to actually get anything done right. I'm beyond livid with this organization. The stress and damage Reliance has caused is not at all acceptable. Please go elsewhere. I thought I was saving time with service guarantees, but it's been such a nightmare. read more

it took 6months and several long and frustrating calls to cancel our account even though our Lawyer processed the assumption paperwork needed at the time of cancellation Service wasn't the best several times they would bring someone in that wasn't trained for the particular repair. It is appalling how terrible Reliance's customer service is, enough that I feel compelled to warn others from not going with this company if they have alternative options. Customer service practices are shady at best, illegal at worst with how they coerce you to take on the system protection plan using manipulative tactics and lies. Then, they refuse to refund you when they "accidentally" charge you for a free trial and will continue to charge you despite calling multiple times about withdrawing from the plan. There is no accountability and electronic trail of what these customer service reps are saying and promising. It's ridiculous. Please avoid giving this company business. read more

It may be a long message but I want people to know the lack of professionalism, customer care, impartiality and independence in their judgment so far : I ordered the installation of a new furnace and heat pump (a lot of money). But a day after the installation, we noticed that there was a leak in our ceiling and wall around the furnace. Reliance sent back the installer and the first thing he told me after the entrance door "It's not my fault" without even knowing the kind of issue. He made his assessment and discovered that a switch in the ceiling near the furnace was switched on by him - by negligence - during his installation so he had just to switch it off (I was there). To cover his negligence and mistake, he told me that he did me a favor by fixing it.... Besides the damage to my ceiling and wall due to the leak, the main issue here for me is the fake statement to cover up the negligence instead of saying "I am sorry I made a mistake" and then we'd move on. No, the lie keeps going on and is even supported by his management and commercial people. That's the main point for us. I'll make sure from now on to talk around and "market" such behavior to everyone in my neighborhood and people I'll meet. AVOID RELIANCE !!! read more

The business practices of this company are beyond awful. We originally rented our water heater with another company that Reliance took over. The unit itself is a 2008 model. We had made 4 service calls, 3 of which we'd have to wait over 2 days to have a technician come out, and my husband ended up doing the repairs. We're now replacing our furnace and air conditioning and wanted to buy out the water heater--which I was told they want $400 to buy out the unit that is over 17 years old and was only worth a little over $300 when we got it! Then when I told them I wanted to cancel the rental and have them pick up the unit, I was told that I had to pay $200-250 to pick up THEIR equipment! Not to mention I also had to wait over 2 hours to speak with someone! How are they able to stay in business? Poor customer service, predatory business practices, and they can't even keep their basic service commitments. In the end, there's nothing we can do. BUYER BEWARE to anyone considering their services. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

I took out a Reliance Package with Furnace, water heater, softener, plumbing plan = Cost $260.00 per month. After the 3rd week of using water softener did not like it as our skin itches and the baby especially could not tolerate this water softener. I called Reliance 3 weeks after and they said I have to buy it out as the 7 year contract is in place, very disappointed that we cannot use the product but have to pay for it for 7 years so I disconnected it and put it in my storage and pay $30.00 per month for 7 years as I cannot afford to buy it out. What a shame a company as big as Reliance cannot take back a simple water softener - what a scam - PLEASE DO NOT GET THEIR PLANS -their buy out is much more expensive than buying the equipment at the store - do your homework and calculate the cost for the 7 years before you sign into any of their plans. read more

I was billed for charges I did not agree to and when I called customer service Shaz laughed at me and told me she would cancel the protection plan that I did not want nor sign up for but that I would need to pay for a years worth of services in order to do that.
