After finding the issues with the previous work, he explained to me the concern and amended the return in no time. Wow, these guys really do have a lot of time on their hands... After many unsolicited and…read morethreatening phone calls to my staff I did a quick search on the BBB site and had an A+ rating. Hmmm... must be the wrong company, but upon closer examination, nope, the right company. As I start reading through their complaints, it is exactly the experience which we had, but 18+ times... This is sad since the BBB used to stand for a standard of business. Now, it appears that they give you a rating just on how long you have been paying the dues. Moving forward, these guys have been constantly calling the office asking for me to resolve an urgent tax issue and can have tremendous legal ramifications on me as the owner, etc. Blah blah blah. Since I have been out of the country, I told me staff to tell them to stop calling since it's a sales call. And of course they keep on calling. Now that I'm back I am doing our fellow business owners a favor and writing a review for them on social media since the BBB appears not to be interested. The only good thing is that it appears that Omni understands this and if people actually complain to the BBB, they say they will never call again from Omni and they pretend it's an isolated experience and then apologize. Then the BBB closes the complaint, Omni keeps on paying the BBB dues, and Omni maintains their A+ rating. Guess that works.
