I purchased a lift chair from Mobility Living on May 2, 2025. This company did not have the chair I…read moreneeded on their sales floor, it had to be purchased from a catalog. I was never told, All Sales Final, before purchasing. Nor did I sign or receive any paperwork concerning their return/refund policy. I also never received receipts for the money exchanged or an invoice. The chair unfortunately, does not suit my needs and I need to return but they refuse to accept the chair back and refund my money. On top of that I feel they took advantage of me by not disclosing all the facts before the transaction occurred. I would not have made a large purchase like this if I had known I couldn't return it for a refund. This was very deceptive and bad business ethics especially since the owner of the company will not contact me to discuss this situation.

A sleep apnea diagnosis requiring a CPAP machine brought me in. They have a contract to kick out these devices to service members via Fort Sill's clinic paying most of the tab for the USG. And they clearly know that. The staff was generally laissez fair, tricked out in "scrubs" without any sense of urgency or personal interest. They already broke out the main device without me even having a choice. So, the reason for the 2 stars: I got the distinct impression - shared by a colleague with the exact same experience - that the person that helped us was more concerned about filling the order (with proper pricing) defined by doctor than what I really needed. They glossed over the equipment with a clear lack of empathy or a demonstrated familiarity with the kit indicating it was personal preference. Wow. Essentially, fill the order, give general guidance (nothing is returnable), and let the customer know what they didn't have and they'll let you know when it's in. More to the point...the implied message is that customer service is secondary to filling the order...probably due to the fact they are a sole proprietor or one of a few in the area. How they run out of stock is beyond me when they know they'll be paid and the government will keep sending them "clients" (using the term loosely as the rep was more concerned about billing me properly than whether I knew how to use this completely foreign equipment). Two stars may be too generous and the staff and owners will soon find out that more is expected...especially when you are on the USG gravy train. Bottom line: they clearly feel like they have the market cornered and have tired of effectively dealing with the people side of the business. Very disappointing and, if I was you...spend your money or your insurance company's money somewhere where the customer actually matters.

I never would have found this place without insurance, but I'm hopefully others will find it through Yelp because they were so helpful. They carry walkers, wheel chairs, shower chairs. Breast pumps and accessories for nursing, lots of baby gear and supplies, first aid supplies and home health care supplies. They also have a lot of equipment and supplies for the tattoo industry. If you need something and you're not sure, just call them. They'll tell you if they have it in stock, if they can order it for you, and any other information you might need. Since my insurance covered 100% of my purchase with no deductible or co-pay, it was well worth the drive. But, upon checking out the shop, it would have been worth the drive anyway. I've been to a few medical supply places when running errands for family and friends on the mend, and I'm here to tell you, they can be pretty depressing. But this was bright, spotlessly clean, and staffed by two nice fellas helping you with check out, questions, etc. In addition, there were two other people in offices just off the main floor. These ladies were answering phones, processing insurance, following up with people to make sure they knew their prescription had been called in and all was well. (I know this because they processed all my info, including letting me know when insurance had been approved and when my doctor's office had called in the script. The owner was also on site, and said he is most days. I consider this a great hidden find and I hope if you need this kind of stuff, you'll find them to be as helpful as I did.
