Anyone looking into reviews here can probably relate to the feeling that your pet is one of, if not THE, most important beings in your life, and that you'd move heaven & earth to make them happy and healthy. When our family's 12 (then 11) year old lab/golden started having consistent problems getting off the ground on his own - seemingly out of nowhere, it was devastating to all of us.
