They explain what their products are and educate you on how their food is made and they never try to force you into buying anything. Which, I like because to me that means they stand behind their products and services. Pet Wants has kibble has different kibble to fit/tailor to your pets needs. We have Angus, who eats the senior kibble and our puppies , Apollo (4 months) and Artemis, ( 4 months) eat the puppy blend. We have noticed positive changes in their coats and their BMs.And, they seem to smell better, too. We have told all our friends who are pet parents about Pet Wants and to give them a try! Apollo and Artemis (our fur babies) are super spoiled when they step into Pet Wants. Cindy just loves on them which is so nice because it gives me the chance to look around the store. Karina the dog groomer is the best at what she does!! She is super kind and patient. She is gentle and takes her time with our puppies. If you don't know what kind of grooming your pet needs. Just ask Karina, she"ll guide you on the services your pet needs. Again, she will not try to up sale you or try to sell you on services your fur baby doesn't need. I also haven't been able to find beef tendon sticks anywhere, so I was really happy to see them here. Their selection of treats is definitely worth checking out. Chowder has a sensitive stomach and needs natural treats, so I'm really glad I found this place!

Everyone was so nice and understanding of my dog's needs. He's a very large, dog selective old man and Woofpak didn't even bat an eye when I explained his mannerisms and behavior concerns. The staff is well equipped to handle any size dog and accommodate their needs and comfort level to the best of their abilities and really treat your pet as if they were their own. My dog was a stinky boy and desperately needed a groom, and a little over an hour later, he came back to me bright eyed, bushy tailed, smelling and feeling amazing! The staff showed us some amazing progress photos during his groom and gave us a report of how he did. Lucky for us he was an angel for them and they loved working with him. The shop itself is also wonderful. So many options for fresh food, treats and chews available. If you need a special occasion cookie they have those in their bakery case. A self serve and fill treat bar is also in the back of the store and has some amazing treats to pick out for you pup as well. We filled a medium jar of mix and match treats for my dog and he was so eager to start snacking on them asap. 10/10 recommend coming here for all your pet needs!

Cancelling my membership and not coming back till this place gets their team back and makes some massive improvements. I then got a call 45 min later that he had to stop the service because my dog was biting. fair enough, i understand that, and i came to pick him up. he told me that if he had more time he could've probably worked with my dog better but he didn't have the time. i don't blame this groomer at all, PetSmart needs to have better scheduling.

This unfortunately isn't a very generous window. To my dismay I was on day 6 so they said they couldn't. I explained that I live about 30min away and am off work around 630/7 so it's VERY difficult to make it down within the 5d period. After explaining this they said they could make an exception. The one downside is their driftwood pricing. They do have sims decent selection; however there's no set pricing guidelines. Other LFS stores use color-coded zip ties to denote price; here they don't. Online it says they sell based on weight; however the times I've bought pieces they've never weighed it: it seems like they just come up with a number and that's what you pay up. I guess another downside is they have a smaller selection (of goods in general) than other local LFS stores and they're a bit pricier.
