This is the best place I've ever been. They truly care about their patients. They freely share their knowledge, and teach what you should and should not be doing to get better. Dr. Jane and the staff at DonnFIT where there for me. I was in bad shape. They don't just treat you like a number they treat the injury along with any area that is affecting your injury and whatever is keeping you from getting better. I have received treatment for knees, back, head, shoulder, and the bands/ligaments that hold them together in addition to Vestibular Therapy. I don't know what I would do Dr. Jane and the knowledge she freely provides Her therapy has provided me with great pain relief and given me hope for a pain free future. I was armed with the tools necessary to get better and to stay better. Over the years I've been to other top PT centers in the region with little success. I was given a few exercises, thrown in a corner to do them alone. DonneFIT does not treat you like this. Like your are just a number. They truly care about you. I will never go anywhere else and will always treat here first before any surgery. Dr. Jane gave me my life back, saved my job, and gave me hope along with a plan for a pain free life. I am very grateful to Dr. Jane. If you want to get better especially if you play sports and are injured then this is the place for you! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a great experience here!…read more I was recently diagnosed with exercise-induced asthma, and was referred to Dr. Victor to rule out any possible cardiac explanations for my symptoms. I was given an appointment within a week of my initial phone call, and every last staff member I met was extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Victor had great bedside manner, and spent a lot of time thoroughly reviewing my medical history. It was refreshing to speak with a doctor and not feel as if I was being rushed out the door, or that any of my concerns (no matter how trivial) were being overlooked. My only complaint was the wait time (a mysterious 30 minutes, even though the waiting room was empty), but I'm more than willing to put up with this minor inconvenience in exchange for an otherwise great appointment!

I was hung up on as I was still talking. The unprofessionalism I encountered on this phone call was astonishing. Upon asking to speak to the Office manager I was blown off by her as was the issue of her rude staff. I'm pretty sure if the Dr. who owns this practice knew the treatment and lack of concern by the management for said behavior would not be happy with the poor customer service his employees convey. I work in the medical profession and if someone in my office ever spoke to a patient the way I was spoken to they would be fired.Barbara should be considered for termination for her lack of manners and poor communication skills. My mother recently started attending appointments with Lyceum Physical Medicine within the past…read moremonth and really liked her treatments there, so she brought me to her new patient meeting a week ago. I was offered a complimentary consultation which we scheduled for the next day. I was given a short video to watch about the practice and how it works before Dr. Faust came in to see me. We went over the reasons I was there (lower back pain as well as shoulder tension among other things). After a short exam to see my movement, or lack thereof, I met with Gina. She wrote me a script for an X-ray to see the full extent of my issues and we made an appointment for me to come back in a week to see the treatment plan they put together for me. Today I came in to find out the treatment plan they put together for me. Dr. Faust went over the treatment plan with me and gave me an alignment. Connor had me to some stretches that would ease tension on my spine and lower back. Gina did some small needles in my pressure points to lessen tension. Then Connor hooked me up to a tens unit to get the medicine deeper into the muscles. My consultation appointments took about one hour (first one) and 2 hours for today ( which included treatment). Even though I just started there, everyone is so friendly and really seemed to care about my health and making me 100%! I highly recommend them whether you have any health issues or just want to make sure your body is operating at 100%!

I learned this the hard way. I would give them zero stars if I could. Called and told them I wanted physical therapy for my sprained ankle, scheduled an appointment. When I came in, they told me the pain didn't come from rolling my ankle, but from a hip misalignment, and they wanted me to do x-rays. Since then, a LICENSED physical therapist diagnosed me with a tendon sprain caused by rolling my ankle. Thank God I didn't keep walking around on it, like they would have had me do. Maybe they're perfectly good chiropractors, but I take serious issue with being told that they offer physical therapy (which they said over the phone, told me in person, AND it says so on their website) when there is no physical therapist on staff. They are looking to make money off of you however they can, even by offering services they are not licensed to provide, and milking your insurance (and your co-pays!) as much as they can.

The doctor (sorry completely unmemorable, so forgot his name) seemed fairly distracted. I understand I mentioned I wanted wait until my new med. ins. kicked in for a full battery of blood work, but I assume that basic blood work is covered with the annual check up that is part of my plan. It wasn't until I was walking home that I realized I had had no blood work done. I called back to inquire why and the receptionist check with the doctor who said he wanted to wait until I had my new insurance. Not that I hold alot of sway to offices, but this one was kind of like a rental car waiting room, in the basement. And while I was waiting some guy was listening to language tapes loudly w/o earphones. In my opinion the receptionist should have told him to take it outside. After about 20 min. of that I had to ask him to put earphones in or take it outside. Kind of a waste of 2 hrs. of my time all around. Certainly a useless apt.

Research what happened to them after they got surgery from Dr Meyers. I got core muscle surgery at Vincera 10 years ago after seeing Dr Meyers. He told me it would take 6-8 weeks to heal. I did everything they asked me to do but it was very clear they didn't care about me because I wasn't an influential athlete. My physical therapist was either still in training or had just finished. I also told them several times my legs weren't healing the way I thought they would but no one seemed to care. I was in so much pain the next 3 years it hurt to get out of my bed or out of my car. It is now 10 years later and I still have to do pt 3 days a week and dry needling once a week to be a fraction of the person I was before. The nonchalance and medical neglect of this entire staff has negatively impacted my entire life for what will be over a decade. Thanks for ruining my life.

I stopped therapy with the intention of going back when I felt better. I still have a problem. Five months after I started Vincera decided to send me a bill for $551.14. I was told from the beginning my insurance would cover the therapy, I paid the $40 co-pay for each visit. I thought this was normal. The extra $551.14 really makes me angry.
