Sorry for the inconvenience. Call us to change or cancel." Awesome. So I call this office, but their scheduling department is a call service who didn't know what was going on. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone in the actual office. I left a message on a machine at the actual clinic, a person eventually called back but I was in a meeting at work so couldn't answer. But they left a message with their extension to dial to reach them directly. Sounds good, right? Except I called 6 times over the rest of the day (including once maybe 5 minutes after they called me) and they never answered, and the "extension" numbers don't have a voicemail. The next day the Hampton office calls and again I don't answer because I was busy, and I get another extension that no one ever answers. Nice. But they also call my husband, and he does answer! Turns out, they had screwed up their doctor's schedule and decided to reschedule all of the patients to Hampton instead of the doctor to VA Beach, I guess. If we wanted to reschedule, it would be months of wait, again. Awesome. Anyway, despite him saying "we" would like to cancel, they only canceled his appointment. I guess they thought he was using the royal "we". So I called and left a message on their clinic's answering machine that I would like to cancel... and I'm still getting text messages this morning about my appointment in Hampton. I'm realizing now that I dodged a bullet, because no doctor is good enough to justify this level of incompetence and lack of care for their patients from the front of house.

This review is overdue, but it needs to be done…read more Long story short, a few years ago when masks were mandatory, I knew very little about skincare and how to treat my skin. Understanding my skin is oily, but not understanding what that means and what products I needed, I began to get cystic acne. This left HORRIBLE scarring. I did multiple rounds of microneedling (3) and multiple rounds of Opus (2) , with only some progress with my skin - and they were painful procedures + horrible downtime. Fast forward to the beginning of Summer 2025. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel at the beginning of the summer. I expressed my concerns, and listened to her recommendations; Three rounds of super injector microneedling. I was pleasantly surprised when Rachel told me what to expect and what the down time looks like. I started my first session in June, then again in July and lastly in August. I moved overseas in September, so time was of the essence! Downtime was almost none. Pain? None. I didn't even use numbing cream, that's the best part! During the appointment, Rachel used products to prep my skin both BEFORE and AFTER the microneedling. The first session I actually fell asleep, and i'm so grateful that Rachel didn't mind my snoring!! So knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly passionate about her work. I'm not sure any other esthetician will top this, for me. I'll be sure to come back any chance I get to visit home. The wall is marble (or look alike) and there is a small sitting area to the right as you walk in and the wall is attractively showcasing their skin care line. The hallway is pretty long and each room was equipped with all their tools and products. Makayla was very nice. She was also very knowledgable with everything scalp and skin. She did my entire face and scalp facial. At the very beginning, she loosened up my scalp with a scrape brush and used the microscopic light to magnify my scalp. OMG I can't believe how much care my scalp needed. I had a very relaxing facial. She massaged my décolletage, washed my scalp and hair. I was also given a warm eye mask scented with lavender. She also had a foot/leg warmer and massager. This was amazing!! Everything was wonderful. I could see the huge difference it made when she used the microscopic laser again! She came back with green tea and cookies. All this is $350. On the services menu it shows this package is 2.5 hours. I was a bit sad when she told me she was finished and it had only been 2.25 hours.
