Very clean establishment. Took my daughter for a facial beginning of the month. She has super oily skin and had been experiencing some pretty bad outbreaks. When I called I was told since she was a minor I'd have to stay with her which was fine. Also forewarned that it may be a tad painful since they would be extracting and exfoliating her face. Overall the facial was a success. We have another appointment tomorrow and since her initial facial she's seen less of an outbreak. We did invest in some of their skincare per suggestion of Cristina. I'm not from the area, I was hoping to get my eyelashes filled that day since my lash artist in Ohio canceled all her bookings due to the locked down from the Covid 19. Luckily I'm in Virginia beach and was able to search the best lash artist that could be able to do my lashes same day. Oxana was my artist, and so far the best artist I've ever had. Too bad i just went there for a visit. Yes it's pricey but it's definitely worth it. For years and years of getting my lashes done I never achieved the length and fluffiness i wanted until Oxana did it perfectly just the way I want it. I loved my facial. Yudis is amazing!!!! It was my first facial so I truly didn't know what to expect. But I'm glad I came. The price was awesome, very clean. The place is small but it works. Yudis room was so nice and relaxing. Definitely need to do this monthly. I got the European facial and it felt so good. She recommended products and services that would target the areas I was concerned about. Not pushy or anything, but was very knowledgeable. Now the laser under arm situation. That was different. I didn't have a consultation beforehand and it was my first time with them. The girl cranked up the laser and it was painful. I've had 8 rounds before in Hawaii and it took it like a champ. All I needed was a touch up once we moved out here. She cranked that all the way to the top. So much too that it hurt. I told her to take it down and she said "you've done it before I thought you can handle it". Omg, I am not going back for that. No love, just pain. Stick to lashes girl. It didn't help that I watched as she read the instructions on how to turn it down. Like this was her first time. Like i said, no love, all pain, not coming back for that. Like ever. read more

Cristina is amazing. I keep coming back trying new treatments. I'm a huge fan of the lash extensions and endospheres for encouraging lymphatic drainage and better circulation. Came here for a nail repair, full gel set, and brow wax. Staff was extremely sweet and accommodating to my wants for my nails! First place ive been too that didnt use a drill by default-- my tech actually asked first before using it to thin out some of the sculpting gel and never on my natural nails. She took time in the details and made sure each one was perfect. The waxing room was so cozy and calming too; the bench was plush with gentle music and noises playing in the background. I nearly dozed off while she was working on my brows! I also cant get over how extremely clean the salon is. Everyone wore gloves while working, nail tools are in sterile packaging so each client got their own tools used on them. Plenty of hand washing seen as well. I got a small nick while getting my cuticles trimmed (no biggie to me, accidents happen) but they felt so bad my nail art charge was taken off! The tech also immediately addressed the nick during my session with some antiseptic and made sure it stopped any bleed and chance for infection. Most of the salons concentrate mostly on the relaxing part of a facial but here i finally had some good extractions for my clogged pores and i had my "relaxing time" as well. After a few days my face heald nicely and it is more clear. I will be a loyal customer for the facials for sure.
