Every issue was taken care of completely by TLC Property Management.com. And we had some pretty demanding tenants. The main property manager is so rude. I had some a few issues and questions and tried to contact her for help but they never responded. They got mad at me when I spoke about my concerns. She said something on the lines of "I am the Landlord and you are the tenant you don't tell me what to do". Also they don't have an office building so it is impossible to speak with them face to face. I give this business two thumbs down. Rent from someone else please.

They did no rental…read moreverification, and after weeks of calling for an update with their response being "its still pending", they snail mailed a denial letter purposefully wasting my time. I ultimately filed a complaint against them, in which we were advised to include the owner of the home we applied for. The owner ended up removing his home completely off the market because of it and never found a renter. Though the complaint lead to no relief being granted, the point was to speak up or companies like this will continue to think they can operate business in this manner. Fortunately, it worked out for my greater good in the end as I decided to buy outright, was immediately approved by 4 mortgage lenders, and ended up purchasing a home worth more than the rental property they "denied" me for.

She handled everything promptly and professionally. The sale closed this week, and my friend is thrilled, even though the buyer's agent was not as thorough, Debbie made sure everything was perfect. I will be using Debbie if I decide to sell any of my properties without hesitation.

Once you move out, they keep your security deposit and invent repairs in which to keep your deposit. No receipts to prove the repairs, just a summary keeping your money and then some. They charged me $50 for a broken blind. I drove by said property yesterday. They have new unsuspecting tenants, and that $50 blind is still broken. Attached is the broken blind I was charged $50 and is still broken to this day. Built in 1983, and it shows. No upgraded appliances and no step to the door. Of which, 2 people almost broke their ankles trying to come in. Do not rent from these people. They lack integrity.
