As a first time home buyer I had a very specific area I wanted to live in, but not necessarily the budget to do much in that area. Our search was anything but smooth and quick, however John was a complete professional every step of the way. Not once did he try to talk me into spending more than I was comfortable with. We looked at countless houses together over a period of months, and I never felt any pressure from him. This was extremely important to me to find somebody that would advocate for me, not just look to make a quick buck. We tried to buy a short sale, got rejected, then again went for the house at auction. This type of transaction is probably the most frustrating thing I've ever done. We dealt with countless delays to the settlement by the bank and were given the run around by the Ocwen customer service every day. Lets just say this required more than a little extra determination and work ethic on John's behalf. Along the way I never felt like he wanted to give up and go for an easier deal. He actually encouraged me a few times to stay patient. In the end John's perseverance paid off. I truly believe that without his daily phone calls, emails, and eventually getting a lawyer involved, I would not have closed on my home. I have recommended John to all of my friends, and my parents were so impressed they are going to use him for their next move.
