great dry pedicure experience with Chelsea. this was my first time having a dry pedicure and I enjoyed it. The gel polish still looks fabulous after several weeks. Chelsea was friendly and tested the color on a few toes to make sure I liked it. I didn't and she was okay switching to a different color. I will definitely be booking with Chelsea again. read more

Had an amazing experience here! The reception area is very welcoming and the staff are kind and gracious. But the real surprise for me was the lounge prior to my massage, exceptionally relaxing, I felt like I was at a resort with soothing lighting, sounds, and the healing salt wall. First time at Remedi Spa. It was suggested by a coworker. They have a lot of different things there that I have not saw at other spas in this area. I did the flotation tank and a hydro facial. Both were amazing and I recommend getting both on the same day since the salt in the flotation tank can dry you out. The flotation tank was very relaxing. I think I was try it again. I had a very disappointing spa experience and facial here. When they took me back to the lounge area they did not offer me a locker to put my stuff in or a robe, which they normally do. I had to go out of my way to get the attention of a staff member to request a locker and robe and even when I asked for them the staff member said that I did not need them. I had to insist on getting them. The facial itself was painful and uncomfortable. When I got into the room the person doing my facial did not try to make me comfortable at all and was not very hospitable. My facial consisted of a suction machine being used on my face for basically the entire 30 minutes which I was assured would not be painful, but it was. My face was blotchy and stung for a while after, overall the facial was not pleasant whatsoever and the staff were not very friendly or hospitable. read more

I have visited Remedi twice, both times for the dry salt therapy. My asthma calmed down following the second session. Therefore, I plan to continue to use that service. The atmosphere is calming and inviting. Lisa (owner/manager) was warm and welcoming for both of my visits. She gave me a tour of the premises and explained various services. They include an infrared sauna, something I have used at my doctor's office. As a result of offerings, friendly people, and the inviting atmosphere, I signed up for a month-to-month membership. It includes many services, although not all such as massage. I appreciate the facts that I can cancel even after one month if I change my mind and I can put the membership "on hold" for a month or more if I am traveling or simply too busy to use the services. read more

This place is a joke! If it wasn't for the stupid gift card my boyfriend bought me cause he was doing last minute desperate birthday shopping, I would never come to a, what did the lady call it, a wanna be "5 star resort" like this one. The service and place was no where close to 5 star. The place was so small that it made me feel claustrophobic. My cup of water had bright pink lipstick on it for starters. The bed I was going to lay on for my facial still had sweat and oil on from the last person! If I wasn't weirded about laying on random things, I would have never caught that! GROSSED me out! I cleaned it up cause I wanted to make sure it was cleaned before I laid on it and absorbed other people's sweat! So if you plan on going here, check your stuff and bed cause sanitation is probably an issue here. There was one worker working the front and my service, like there was no one working there. The place was practically dead and I understand why now. Don't waste your good earned money here, there are far more better ones around this location! read more
