I've been here before but I think management may have changed since the last time I was here. Regardless, these folks are excellent. This UPS Store has all of the positive attributes you look for: centrally located, friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, and, surprisingly, quick. They were well staffed and, I'm happy to report, everyone both behind the counter as well as the customers were wearing face masks! I would love to write a longer review, but what more is there to say? Ooh! A couple of more things: This may not be the closest UPS Store to where you are but I would definitely recommend you consider them. I mentioned the location is great but forgot to point out there is plenty of parking. It is located right off a major road in Hilliard with traffic lights on two sides of the shopping center. (I know, that probably seems like a silly thing to mention, but it really makes getting in and out much easier and, if you are like some people that I know and love, you'll feel much more comfortable driving in and out at a light rather than having to time your exit across a few lanes.) Plus there are a lot of other great businesses around including a Kroger, Arby's, a sub shop, a Chinese restaurant, and, at the end, a motor vehicle and driver license bureau so can kill (more than!) two birds with one stone. :-)

Fantastic service and very efficient, Friendly Computers always gets me back in working order in no…read moretime. What I love is that they will come and fix your computer in your own home and unless major "surgery" is needed, the problem can normally be fixed in an hour or so. Great for busy students and business professionals, who do not have the time to go wait in line and deal with the impersonal computer repair centers. Both times that I have used Friendly Computers, Marty, was my personal repair guru. He saved my life, at least academically, by getting my computer functioning again after an episode with the "blue screen of death" which nearly deleted my entire hard drive and the whole quarter-worth of work, lucky for me Marty saved the day as well as most of my hard drive! I cannot recommend them enough and hope that if you find your self in need of a computer guru that you will call Friendly Computers too, after all they are a life saver!
