She doesn't offer any time to meet in person or ask any questions to ensure you are getting the maximum refund. Instead, she just asks for your basic documents (W2, 1099s, etc) and plugs in the information and files it that way. This year we're going with an app instead, which will be more than capable of doing the same thing and won't cost hundreds of dollars.
