I saw Dr. Kayla Serowik and Dr. Christine Frechette for physical therapy, and both of them were amazing. Not only did they show me the exercise to treat my issues, they also helped educate me on what I could do to prevent future injuries. On top of that, they were both incredibly patient and encouraging - therapeutic on multiple levels! I also get sports massages from Michelle Herrmann, and this has been a game changer. I have gone to a wide variety of skilled massage therapists (sports, deep tissue, Thai, etc.), and Michelle is the best, by far. Her massages are so healing and have helped my performance so much, as well as stave off potential injuries! Before going to Wellness in Motion, I really struggled to progress in any sport because I got injured so often. Now, with the amazing combination of physical therapy and sports massages, my body is healthier and stronger than it has been in over 20 years! Incredibly grateful for this place. My recovery has been frustrating, with a few post-op complications, so I was looking for alternative treatments. Dr. Glenn performed ART at this session, which he believes I can really benefit from. They are attentive to the little bell they leave in your room and are great at adjusting needles to your comfort, so you really do get the most out of your visit! You are not assigned an acupuncturist, so do not get accustomed to any one acupuncturist (not that you'll have the chance). Also, they are a bit disorganized with noting and collecting late cancellation fees, but they don't argue about returning your money. I'm trying the cupping therapy tomorrow and a herbal oil for emotions and digestive in the near future; I'm sure it'll be amazing given how things are going thus far!
