But the vast majority of stock is "collectibles" like Xmas village items, Betty Boop, The Office & Wizard if Oz toys etc. It's not my jam, but if you are into: cookie jars, Fiestaware or Xmas village stuff I recommend a visit. Nice shop, sadly my visit wasn't as nice as it could have been. I drove over 3+ hrs and after some time in the shop looking I needed to use a restroom. One employee seemingly told me they were waiting on a plumber so I had no choice but to walk down to the corner gas station to use the restroom which was really inconvenient since I had injured my foot, it was swollen and bruised. Upon returning to the shop, I never seen a plumber for the 2+hrs I looked around in the shop. When I checked out, as I waited for my 5-items the nicer of the 2-employees checked out another woman who had 2-items and spent less than $30 dollars, the woman asked to use the restroom and the employee told her oh let me get the keys??? The employee proceeded to ask for the key as I stood right there from the very same employee that told me they were waiting on a plumber??? Then the nicer employee escorted the woman to the shops restroom??? It must be pretty privileged to be able to use the shops bathroom as I had to walk down the street to use the gas station. What really is the worst is that I had spent $248+ dollars and I couldn't be shown the same kindness that is seemingly selective. Being the bigger person is sometimes hard to do as others in my shoes would not have spent a penny in that shop simply because of the bias selective treatment but the 3-items were gifts for my mom as mother's day is this weekend and the other 2-items were for my future grandkids. Its important to sow goodness as what we sow in life is what we shall reap so the employee at this shop really needs to re-think twice before you pick and choose which customers may use the shop's restroom as I the customer can also choose to spend or not spend my money which earns your living. I always leave reviews when traveling as it helps others when traveling I have over a million views and I can honestly say, I've been treated so much better. read more

If I was a restaurant owner in this town I would push for shops in Downtown to be open the antique stores are closed we're both closed on a Sunday ..people waiting at 1130 for downtown eatery's and oh look the antique stores were closed during season wtf on a day when at some point from 9 am to 4 the downtown area has more people in it then the Towns population get it together the businesses should work together not against the winter months are to pick your hours I would shop these places but why bother a lot of people there have MONEY and I sure like to Spend mine. Expensive Cookie jars, porcelain dioramas, Betty boop and other similar knick knacks, funko pops and a weirdly snippy staff. Got yelled at for taking a photo of a batman cookie jar to send to my dad (batman fan). They don't allow photos so if you don't want to get yelled at, avoid doing so lol. Did not see a sign indicating the "no photos" rule but when i go to antique stores, i take photos of things in cases that i have my eye on so i know where they are later when i ask for the staff to open them with the designated key. So im not sure what the issue is. Definitely would not return. Not my thing and I'm used to going to antique stores with friendly talkative staff. read more

Place is awesome. Great selection and organized really well. Contrary to a couple of the bad reviews, I found the staff to be amazing - Professional and courteous. They took almost 2 hours to box up a huge sled for me without any charge for labor. Lorie and Lynn are the best!!!! read more

Incredible selection of bobble heads and baby boomer knickknacks! Prices are not cheap, but you have to make money to stock this much stuff. Dept. 56 Christmas and Halloween items well-displayed. Tons of Coke, Elvis, and rooms full of old and new cookie jars. When I got my bobble head home he wouldn't stand on his own (I bought the figure of the guy on the "For Dummies" books), so I took it back. No problem exchanging it. read more

Big selection but the prices are very high and more importantly both times I have been in there the grumpy old lady working there was very rude and followed my wife and kids around the entire store acting like we were going to steal something. This is small town Wisconsin and there are plenty of other antique stores around to spend my money at. Rude customer service is the #1 thing that will drive customers away, one bad experience can start a negative reputation, let alone being treated rudely both times I was in there. Fabulous selection of collectibles and antiques.....cookie jars galore! They have over 2000 cookie jars for sale, bobble heads, PHB, Halloween, Dept 56, Fiesta, Coke, Oz, etc..... downstairs they have a wonderful antiques- great pottery- shawnee, fiesta, McCoy, American Bisque, etc.... some nice high end you don't see everywhere, but also lots of useful less expensive items- pyrex, glasseware... they even have a coffee bar in the store..... it is a very unique store! I agree with Jason W. about the rudeness of the women. I went into the store for the first time in August because we were walking the charming downtown stores of Delavan. Had no problems in any of the other stores as all had good staff, but not Remember When. If I could give zero stars I would! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe a bad day or whatever because we all have them. Well I went two more times with different people in September. The "grumpy old lady" actually rolled her eyes not even a minute after we entered the store and I had my back turned to her but caught her when I turned back around. Big mistake! "Big, big, mistake", as Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman when the snobby store owner wouldn't give her the time of day, so she left and spent thousands of dollars at a competitor's store. Tommy Gun's got my money not shortly after. As the previous reviewer said, rude customer service will drive us away. I will not be back to that store and I shop antique and gift shops quite often with many different family and friends. Too bad. read more
