It was close to Christmas so I decided if I found something it would be great for a gift. I barely got noticed in the store and when I finally chose something I went to checkout. The woman was pregnant she made no acknowledgment of me, she put the merch in a box not giving me a bag and shoved the box toward me no thank you, come back and see us nothing. I walked out thought about how rude she was to and wish that I had declined the merchandise. I could tell I was not welcome there and every time I see the commercial I have a bad feeling. I love specialty shops but that one shop I will never shop in again. I felt discriminated against and it didn't matter whether I could afford it or not. I have experienced such negativity from a merchant in some time.

VB is kind of in the middle of nowhere but the Lake Geneva moms seem to have it on the radar, with good reason. You won't find any dusty crap or musty old garbage here - everything is beautifully arranged, perfectly displayed and honestly, pretty reasonably priced. They have helpful and kind staff and even measuring tapes in strategic spots to help you out, so strap on that Michael Kors handbag and get ready to SPEND! Most of this isn't my personal style but I didn't leave without a few heavenly smelling candles and a sassy greeting card. So not only did I lose my gift card, that basically means they stole that $60. I should have tried to keep the actual card and gone to BBB but they took it away from me. They do a fabulous job at not only keeping the place clean and organized, but its nice and cool on this hot day I visited. I really do think you can find just about anything you are looking for inside this mall. It a huge selection with dealer specializing in separate types of antiques & collectibles. My favorite is the Vintage clothing section. They have so many great items at fantastic prices. I've found some real gems here. Also, If you are into Mid Century vibes -- I saw a lot of cool items.
