This is my testimony... I had two visits with Dr. Kim. My impression of DR. JAE KIM is that he is authentically COMPASSIONATE AND VERY CARING (to his credit). He is very intelligent and is a doctor that speaks directly. He is to the point with his clients and is straight forward. That is his way and I liked that about him. He said what he had to say and that was it. His energy speaks to your wellness with no emotional terrorizing. Your ailment is not in control of your well being. The wellness is in control. The wholeness of YOU is in control. Your well being is in focus rather than dis-ease. He needed me to receive an MRI. When I told him I had no insurance and it was out-of- pocket he helped me to get 50.00 off my MRI. This is during CoVid mind you and money was tight. He really didn't have to do that for me but he did. I offer this as authentic proof and validation that showed me he cared for me. We can determine he does what is necessary for each client and customizes his care for his clients with great leadership, kindness and truly a loving heart. I went back to him for the second visit, thank you God, it was just a minor issue. Dr Kim did not charge me for the visit. I was very relieved because again this is out-of-pocket and I could have been charged a fee for a 3 minute interaction. Dr. Kim, is a doctor of the highest integrity. He is in the medical field for his clients and a passion for his career, I have given you the proof of this. He shows in his actions that he is a doctor with a passion for healing a person and concerned for their welfare on all levels on care and treatment. I am recommending him because he did what no other doctor does now day's. Literally, he put my welfare and care before money. That is a sign and a indication of a doctor that is loving and of a higher vibrational level. Rare, and amazing!!! When you have a issue it is wise to seek out a doctor of that level of highest vibration to treat you, holistically and medically. When a doctor displays these traits he is involved in your care on the resonance of WELL BEING. It is a relief down to your cellular level. Your beautiful cells know they are being set up for health. They become these happy and responsive little cells that are ready to heal you, embrace you, get you back into the flow of life. How wonderful and comforting is that? This type of doctor shows his clients the treatment is about YOU, his patient, he is bringing to wellness to. It is about your WELLNESS and not the "illness", per se. It is foremost treating you as a human being and not only any issue with your ankle but your mind and your heart knows it is being treated on some level of care, also. It is about wholeness. OMG. Dr Kim just scooped them out. One quick injection to numb it up and we had a nice chat while he did it. I was nervous but he made it easy and I had literally no pain. For which I paid the bill of $ 250 - NO…read moreINSURANCE OUT OF POCKET , My provider Misha Tavaf offered a procedure with very little explanation, but I was OK. She also mentioned she needs to numb the toe with an Injection! She proceeded to apply some cold liquid - and Than within a second - STABBED my toe with a injection !!! my foot was lose on the table - It Felt like the NEEDLE went thru the toe - My foot hit her hand -. I asked for someone to hold my foot down - No APPOLOGY - No SYMPATHY - her assistant came in held my Toe and again - that injection was trusted into my toe in ONE ATTEMPT. No gentle penetration , slow adding numbing prior.none she cut into the toe sides. - applied ointment and a dressing - I needed it on the second toe . I knew Ill never submit myself to her again ! BAD JUDGMENT - i SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT !. The second foot was the one with the mild problem . Oh well , that night after consuming 5000 mg of Tylenol - I had no relief - the pain was excruciating. Throbbing and Painful. The following days I soaked it several times a day in Epson salt and warm water - It was OOzing Pass - I called the office, gave the secretary to the massage - however NO RESPONSE _ NO FOLLOWUP PHONE CALL . The infection was still present. I had a follow up appointment after two weeks almost three. - to check the results. I needed to change the date due to a conflict of dates- and was offered another Provider Michelle Cummins - Yes she confirmed there is still pass , and still infected infectious present .She poked with an instrument lifted from the table ( i did not see disinfection bath) and she confirmed that the Dr, Tavaf left a corner of the nail in which is causing the pain and the infection. And she scheduled an appointment to take the remaining nail out. Assuring me that she would numb the toe in stages and in a very gentle process. For this FOLLOWUP procedure I was charged - $ 150 .- I called the office spoke ti the secretary explained that this was part of the first treatment and she said shell take it off and speak to the DR, Its been few weeks the bill is back in my email - I just paid it- I don't want to have to deal with a collection agency . IN CONCLUSION - INEFFICIENT FROM THE ANSWERING SERVICE - AND THIS IS AN OLD OFFICE - NONE OF THE INSTRUMENTS ON THE TABLES ARE IN A SEALED PACKAGE - INDICATING PROPER STERILIZATION. Dr. Robinson talked directly to my son, and gave him instructions in a manner that was clear that he cared about reaching him on his level and vocabulary, and not that he was talking down to him. Upon listening to my narrative, he told me confidently that he could solve my son's problems, and spoiler alert he did! In probably 10 minutes or less, Dr. Robinson was able to diagnose what were the problems my son was having (flat feet, tight arches and feet that had outgrown his shoes). He was able to find for us orthotics in his office that fit him, which is great because we didn't have to go through the time and expense of having customized molds made. My son and I are now at home, he has new orthotics, and his new shoes in the correct size. I am so happy to report that my son is now walking regularly and comfortably. I highly recommend this office especially if you are a parent bringing in a child as a patient!

Guess what? I paid that one price $xxx so that everything is settled there and then. However, she did not tell the billing office, the billing office go claim the insurance company and then said I have to pay $xxxx (yes 4 digits). I had to call the billing office and explained what happened. In addition, they did not call me when the orthotics did not arrive at the office, and they did not reschedule with me. So after I drove an hour from my house to the office, they told me they don't have them. They asked me to call the next day to confirm the arrival of the orthotics. I called them at 11:45 am, thinking that this should give them time before lunch to take my call and should be less busy. They not only did not pick up the phone, they picked it up and then immediately cut my line off without saying a word. When I called back thinking maybe it was an error, they did the same thing again. Why not just let it ring? How rude can one person be? Seriously, the doctor himself is really really good. If you can stand his staff and their billing practice, then definitely go ahead and pay a visit. I really think it's insurance fraud, when the office tells me to pay and not claim my insurance, but then go ahead and claim insurance anyway.
