Last Fall I needed bathroom and 2 bedrooms flooring and wall paneling re done after a water leak…read morein hallway bathroom that leaked into the bedrooms and part of hallway floors. it was demo'd by a different contracting company that i replaced with Pulido contracting. humberto beto pulido showed up for estimate saying he does the work but has " Helpers" . when the 1st insurance check arrived beto only showed up to deliver the plywood and other supplies for his unlicensed relatives workers . one of them barely looked 18 and then beto left without saying anything . the helpers showed up without beto the next 4 days and then stopped working for 2 weeks til the 2nd insurance check arrived. again humberto beto pulidos showed up to cash the check and helped unload supplies and then left without saying he was coming back. that was the last time i saw him and beto Does Not Supervise and Does Not show up to make sure the work was done correct.he also said the work would take 3 DAYS but took a month. his unlicensed helpers which averaged 2 or 3 a day , showed up to work 4 more days and on the last day his adult daughter whos one of the helpers said beto called and said they were done even though i had requested several corrections be done like pulling up carpet in both bedrooms since the floors squaked really bad and they did not squeak before. they did pull carpet up once in master bedroom only and only pulled up half. i also requested more caulking needed to be done in their many bad oversized cuts around outlets and bad cuts on edges of panel walls. also they puddied over the nail in panel walls and never painted over the light brown puddie . high parts of the walls needed a 2nd coat that they also refused to correct . betos daughter was very sarcastically smiling n grinning at me as a very nicely requesting the corrections and she said my dad beto said its just a mobile home so who cares and my home insurance didnt pay " top dollar". i told her leave my house after her dad beto told her on the phone he would file a mechanic lien on my house so i couldnt sell it . my home insurance told me the next day that he couldnt file a lien since he signed a mechanic lien Waiver . i lost those buyers cause they werent impressed with pulidos contracting terrible work and they cancelled escrow. but thank god another buyer bought my house about a month later. humberto Beto Pulido also phone harrassed me sending me threatening texts as early as 550am in the morning still threatening mechanic leins and demanding i call mortgage company to send his final check and bragging he files mechanic liens all the time ,Ha,Ha,Ha" i had to buy caulking gun and caulking tubes and white paint to finish the touch up work they refused to do. So Please Do NOT Hire Humberto " Beto" Pulido of Pulidos contracting / Remodeling of Perris, Ca because they do lousy sloppy terrible work, I attached Pictures and video clips of their work the way the left my house saying it was " Done " and in video clips you can hear the Squeaking floors, That Never Squeaked before.
