Service - Yousef was very attentive during the quoting process. Made multiple trips and made changes based on our input and even provided his own thoughts. It really helped and he also communicated well. Let me also state he works incredibly hard. He really tried to honor my 8-5 work window because I didn't want to have construction while I was off work and while a couple times he worked late - he did it to help meet the timeline. 3. Quality - Yousef and his tiler were outstanding on the details. My bathroom is awesome and Yousef executed the design amazingly. He made a custom cabinet with reclaimed barn wood, it turned out better than I expected. 4. He seemed to intuitively understand what my wife and I wanted, and his team did a beautiful job. It's absolutely gorgeous, and Jay steered us into practical decisions that worked very well for us, and the look we were trying to achieve. This year, we had them do a roofing repair as well (a few missing/broken tiles, and tar paper replacement). His guy came to our house and was done so quickly I barely realized he was there. Not kidding, a bit of hammering and he was done. If I didn't actually see the photos of the work, I might not have believed it (haha). This month (Dec. 2019) Jay and his crew repainted the exterior of our entire house, including doors, shutters and patio, as well as replace two very old back windows of ours with thicker, vinyl windows. The work was quickly done (only a few days), and looked EXACTLY how we'd imagined it would. Better, in fact. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with how it came out. I still find myself going outside a lot more these days, just to look at it again. I keep Milato Construction's number on my phone because if we need something done, I trust that Jay will intuitively understand what we need and the most affordable way to get it. I had Gaston install courses of block to raise wall for pool compliance. They filled in a section of wall that had a "Mother in Law" fence between properties. I had them reuse old caps as they can't be found anywhere in exact dimensions. There are always issues with block and moisture absorption. Just the nature of block. Overall I am very satisfied and would use Gaston for future projects. Thanks!

Although we were probably one of his smaller projects, he always committed to making our project a priority. This is not always the case in our experience with other contractors. He and his crew were very easy to work with and very responsive. He always kept us updated on the progress. We were also very impressed with the quality of his work. The bench and fireplace are beautiful. We've hosted several events at our home now and the fireplace is a hit.
