Terrible experience. Had them booked prior to moving overseas with kids. They canceled the afternoon before my booking the following morning saying I added items and it now didn't fit with their schedule. I had a 3/4 truck booked but it was no longer available. Business model and what they promise isn't accurate and they are unreliable. Fortunately I found another company that was a lifesaver and great to work with! read more

I had the Remoov team come pick up 3 high-value items back in January 2025 for selling (as well as many others to be donated or tossed). First off, when the movers came, they did not bring any protective accessories to move the furniture and ended up leaving some deep scratches in the floor. I filed this complaint with Remoov as well, and they told me the mover would get in touch directly to resolve it. He did, and guilt-tripped me, saying he'd have to compensate me personally out of his own pocket for the scratches. It was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, I was able to work with the landlord to not turn it into a situation. Secondly, I received no updates or money and eventually filed a ticket with customer service this month (September 2025). Within a few days, they updated my account and made my cashout available. However, if I hadn't said something, I never would have gotten my money. Make sure you follow up with the team and get your cut. Lastly, the total amounts that they sell the items for are comically low. My $1,400 sofa from IKEA (I had provided a link as proof), which was only a few months old and barely used, supposedly sold for $146 total. A massive $400 electric standing desk (also brand new) sold for $73 total. Again, that was NOT my cut of their sale; that's how much they apparently sold my items for. I won't be using Remoov again to get rid of my stuff, but I will definitely look into buying from them since they apparently don't know how to price their items correctly. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, because I do think it's a solid concept if you don't care about getting paid for your items. Just watch out for your floors. read more

My apt has 3 flights of stairs and they manage to get my sofa, dresser, my big floor mirror and a big pile of books that was really heavy! They also broke down my bed frame and got my queen mattress down the stairs also. And this was all very quick I would say about 20mins keep in mind with 3 flights of stairs. They were in and out within 45 minutes, maybe even less than that. I had a sectional sofa with an ottoman and a king size bed for them to take. I'm moving to another state and I needed someone to take these two things off my hands since I wasn't able to take them with me. I submitted my photos on Tuesday and they came Thursday to remove everything. I would use their services again if needed. :) read more
