I gave him the low-down on what I was looking for and he immediately found a couple of pieces for me that not only would work just fine for the "mafia" theme (I went the modern, sharp gangster look), but would work on other occasions as well. The slim-fit, three-piece I picked out fit almost perfectly, but Jack did some measurements and said he would be able to alter everything for me so that it was a nice, custom fit. The store had a nice selection of shirts and shoes, so I picked those up as well. The suit and all the other items, plus alterations, came out to a very reasonable price. They offer blazers, tuxes, coats, and other fashion-forward items in different colors that will make me want to come back for sure. Definitely recommend this place!

I have visited this location numerous of times over the years and have always appreciated that Orvis is dog friendly and have good quality items. On my recent visit (this past Saturday), my husband and I, along with our little girl dog, were greeted by several employees and asked if our little girl would like a dog treat (unfortunately because of her sensitive stomach, we had to declined but I appreciate the gesture). We ended up purchasing a few items for our dog at 50% off, which was nice. But didn't see any clothing that I was interested in, or my husband. It is too bad that this location is closing. There really aren't that many Orvis retail stores but plenty of authorized sellers of this company. If you want to stop and shop one more time, please make sure you do before this location closes up for good.

Irvine Spectrum had limited clothes and colors to try on. Also, the service was not close to what I've experienced at the Pasadena store. Wanted to purchase the new Energy Tee that I absolutely love! Tried on some pants too. Customer service was great! All of them were helpful, but one of the girls helped me and she was checking up on everyone who were in the fitting rooms, making sure everyone got everything they needed. She was very helpful in finding different sizes and colors and styles of clothing. She checked up on me and made sure I was happy before I left the store. I did purchase the Energy Tee in Blue Coast. Love the rich navy blue color! I have several Energy Tee purchases from them over the years. It is soft, comfortable, breathable and great for workouts or even worn as a casual tee anywhere. I think it should go without saying that there should at least be 1 of each size from XS to XL on the floor to minimize checking the inventory.
