Idk who's running this place, but I would be embarrassed of the representation of your company by your employees and products. The mere fact I bought one of your ar9 receivers was because it was ready to go and I didn't have to mess with the internals. I finish my build and the ejector can't even get the first cartridge out every time jamming the gun. Understandable things happen, but when I contact your crew and they tell me "it's part of the ar build process and to fix it myself". Wtf is the point in buying your product if I have to fucking fix it right out the box. You get one star for you dumbass employee and their inability to fix a problem. I ordered a ST Thumper 15 months ago. At the time it was advertised as a 8-12 month back order. I was fine with waiting, and still am. But in the meantime, anytime I contact their customer service, they're being extremely short with me, and not giving me any useful information other than "Yeah, just keep waiting." I had less than 100 rounds in my Spike's Tactical Recluse (Integrally suppressed 9mm Alfalfa upper) when bullets quit exiting the barrel. My gunsmith inspected the firearm and let me know that there was a squib stuck in the barrel and that the best course of action would be to send it back to Spike's Tactical as they advertise a Lifetime Warranty on their website. Note that I only use quality brand new ammunition. Spike's Tactical stated that the course of action would be to replace the barrel. I offered to PAY for the barrel to expedite matters. Spike's Tactical keeps saying that they have no barrels. In fact, everyday it is a different story why the barrels are not available. 8 months later and the firearm is STILL not repaired with no ETA (yet they sell their products every day and of course these firearms must have a barrel). I hope your experience is better than mine and that you don't have problems with yours. I don't believe I will ever see this firearm again. If I do, I will change this review. read more

I just recently got a new Spike Tactical enhance lower receiver and I love the product so much. I got this in a gun store in California. I also ordered a Spike's upper receiver for my Spike's lower and it should come in very soon. The folks at Spike's did a great job helping me find a certified dealer that carried this item. One thing I have found with Spike's and it's sales rep are they are very good in getting back to you in a quick and timely fashion and they provide superb customer service as well. I am pretty new in the AR market but I do have other firearms such as pistols and rifles (other than ARs). As expected to be new in the AR world, I had lots of questions regarding this firearm. Kat and Cole, two folks who I have been in contact with, took time from their very busy schedule, to answer every questions that I had. Excellent customer service by the way. I also heard back from other associates from the company before and they too were really great answering my questions. Basically you can't go wrong with any of Spike's staff as all of them are very good. In conclusion, not only are Spike's product great, as I have tried them out before, but their service is definitely the best. Thank you Spike's Tactical staff for a fantastic job and please keep up the GREAT work! If I can add more stars on the rating I would do so as they are above the charts and beyond. read more

PLEASE READ: Poor customer service. I placed an order online. I wasn't informed that it was backordered until after it was ordered and charged (another yelper complained about this too) I called customer service and they told be next week. I called the following week...they told me call back next week....they had no idea. I finally got it, and it was the wrong product. They send me a replacement, but then shipped it to my incorrect shipping address. 3 strikes This is not bad thing about it. I informed upper management of my complaint. I got no response. They obviously do not care about customer service. If they don't care, I don't care to support their products. read more

Excellent place to go for great AR build parts. I was in the middle of a build and needed a buffer tube, spring, and buffer. The receptionist buzzed me in and hooked me up with a nice lady who wrote up my order. Someone pulled the kit in the back and in 5 minutes I was on my way. I find their lower receivers to be very high quality with superior anodizing. I'd recommend Spike's parts for your next build! read more

Sent the heads-up to their "Marketing Manager" - he sent a nasty gram back. I'm going to guess that their Two Star Rating on Yelp is primarily due to their bad attitude and bad customer service. I look at some of the negative reviews, and it feels like the nutless left is just mass attacking another producer of quality AR-15 parts as part of their strategy to disarm us. I called and asked about my order as I usually do with genuine curiosity for my Amazon, Palmetto, Rock River, Lauers, etc orders. This c word picks up and immediately assumes who I am and says that they've e-mailed me when it's my very first time reaching them. I immediately whip back with mirror-like attitude saying "are you sure!?" as she then staggers her voice and asks to hold on as she may have made a mistake. Right... she indeed did make the mistake and replies back with no apology for her assumption of referring to the wrong person. Sort of reminds you of that know it all red headed step child where you almost take no surprise in their lack of maturity. In the end, she took no action if finding out if an order I made weeks ago was going to be processed or shipped at all. Oh! and mind you, none of the items I ordered were back ordered or something you couldn't fit in your common letter envelope. So watch out people, I know you've all heard the hype about Spikes Tactical being awesome, make good products. But hype isn't worth a c*nt leaving a sour taste in your mouth lol. And by the way, this was namely either Kathrine, Stacie, or Paige. Oh what's that? Don't like to be associated or referred to as a single person? Ah man, I wonder who would do such a thing... recently bought an AR9 reciever set from my local gun shop. was stoked to switch all my parts over from a juggernaut tactical ar9 that has run flawlessly since i built it. once all the parts were switched over, this receiver set gave me nothing but issues. ever 2nd round out of the gun would either stovepipe the round or double feed, or both which ive never seen. i researched issues online, and saw there may need to be some adjustment to the ejector on the lower. after playing with that, and wasting countless rounds trying to fix it, i figured id start trying other things. i changed the trigger, buffer, buffer spring, and bolt all with 0 success. i finally changed the upper receiver with an ar stoner 9mm upper and boom. problem solved. i then contacted the shop that i purchased it from about the issue and they told me they would send it back. after a few days. i got an email from the shop with the customer support from spikes also included in the email. they told me the same thing i read online. just mess around with the ejector... after telling them I've already done this and explaining the steps i went through to figure out it was the upper receiver. they told me that it can't be the upper receiver because they're all the same even though thats the one part that either makes the gun function or not. after telling me they wouldnt take back the defective upper and replace it with a new one, i just decided to cut my losses on their overpriced junk and never support their business again. things like this should never leave their shop in the first place and whrn they do. there should be no issue to replace a part that costs them pennies compared to the $600+tax i paid for the reciever set. do not support this company. they are trash and so is their customer service read more

Ask for Kat Harden in the Sales department, she will go above and beyond to get you what you are looking for and make sure you have everything you need! I'm pretty sure Spikes Tactical products speak for themselves as American made and quality of craftsmanship. Kat was willing to work with me on one of their complete pistol builds and swap out parts that I didn't want for parts that I did want. I live out of state so I have communicated with her over the phone and through email. On the phone she was very pleasant to speak with and took her time to understand what it was that I was asking for and made sure that it would all work on the build I was trying to accomplish. She responds extremely quick through email and is very thorough with her responses. I could not have dreamed for a better buying experience from a gun manufacturer!
