Poorly ran company that uses the foot in door trick you'll discuss with them in detail and he will quote you a great number but once his foot gets his foot in your door be prepared for a very good talker who strategically starts to say wow I didn't know it was all this it's going to be a lot more you didn't tell me about this next thing you know ya holding ya head because you need it done and he's already in the house which in my case was the real scenario I saved and told him just get it done and start the process however trustworthy they're not after giving them The money that wanted providing lunch and all types of cold drinks I get repaid by the one pile in the whole house I Say to them don't throw this away I'm taking it made very clear leave for an hour come back piles gone so I confront the boss he is uncertain where it went so he gathers his crew total of 4 and he says where did it go now for Context I'm a very easy going person if it was tossed by accident I can chalk it up to mistakes happen I'm Not Perfect let's move on however that's far from the way things went, one worker says he watched me carry the stuff out and take it another goes he see my wife take it who wasn't even in same state and they all stick to they guns and say none of them touched the pile and are pretty sure that I removed it from The house which I'm a very competent person and can say that I did not remove anything in fact the only people inside this property that day was myself and the four of them so I know wasn't me leaves them to be the obvious choice but they all are telling me nope never touched it so all flustered and not sure how to quite understand the situation I say let's move on so I could just take a minute to breakdown the situation and ultimately I decided that at the end of the day I would give them every dollar that we agreed upon per load that they accomplished not a penny less I am firm believer in compensating someone if they do the work so I pay him and it's end of day and I say very nicely and direct here's you money I appreciate all you've done however you services will no longer be needed and ma was he upset immediately stats to get nasty with me and try's to tell me my loose he doesn't need to be bothered with my business I'm nobody he has plenty Of work, and I reply with you proved yourself to be a very unhonest business person and that is completely against what I stand for being a business owner as well and I will not tolerate that behavior and ties have to be cut this is my property if I can't trust you then you may not come back plain and simple call it what you want but the theory is simple you don't get a second chance to screw me again how can I forgive you and expect that you learned lesson and won't do it again no way you get one chance to prove yourself and that's final no debate everyone is used to getting second chances but truth is that's why this guy is so comfortable no one's going to hold me hostage so after so back and fourth it's clear he wants to escalate I get it he was feeling himself had 3 workers with him I'm standing solo however one thing I won't tolerate is being disrespected in the home I ow after paying you every dollar to the penny you were owed and said services are no Longer needed you will not talk to me with any type of aggression in my house and now you're being told to vacate the property because of your tuff guy act I get him out the house and he's still running his mouth about how he's going I told him to throw it away and that I agreed to this that and the other thing and it was all a bunch of nonsense lies just to make him feel better and justify that he's not a person who's shady after my stuff goes missing and no one knows anything and there story is to tell me I took it that's insane tell me it was thrown out by accident and life's moves on don't make up a completely fabricated narrative and have the nerve to tell me they watched me take the stuff out meanwhile I know where and what I've done that day and every task and step I made I am leaving property and say hey guys please don't toss this pile it's things I want to keep I said it multiple times to not have this issue and then I step out one hour come back inside and stuff gone truly a cut and dry case I mean if you ask me skip a jury trial you're guilty of taking the stuff against my wishes and for that you will have to get the stepping pal so when he's pulling away he hits me with his truck records everything any conversation next to it he has on recording and that he has the recordings of me saying all the nonsense lies he is saying I said I go oh really well pal you've met your match I'll tell you what you provide me saying those things on recording and I will give you a thousand dollars I says I don't lie and I'm a man of word I go let's shake on it and he shakes on it he starts to try's and find the recordings I said no I want you to Leave no Longer welcome but if you find IMHO, Omar and his team deserve way more than just 5 Stars!!! Omar and his team were very chill; pleasant and careful... I couldn't be happier with my experience... Omar gave me a Flat Rate Price... He was also very patient and understanding as I ran in to a few problems that needed to be resolved, first... My building required certain forms to be filled out before any furniture could be removed from my building... Omar was very co-operative and followed along with my building's requirements... I was finally able to get rid of my sofa bed; a hassock, and a Murphy Bed mattress... And it only took about 15 minutes to do... We've used them a couple times this year to get rid of old furniture and they're punctual, communicative about delays, honest (zero hidden/surprise fees), and they managed to work within the confines of my narrow walkup stairs with zero damage to the building, which I was very concerned about.
