No. 2 - They didn't quote me that I had to pay for a 2nd load UNTIL after it was loaded. At that point, I was held hostage. The two guys (Rene & Kenneth), once they got started, worked real good. EXCEPT for not quoting me a price for the 2nd load. Kenneth said it would be one-half of the originally quoted $395 by Otto. So, what's one-half of $395? WRONG! Horrible service. I called for a quote and scheduled a time for them to come out to give me an estimate yesterday at 5pm. They hadn't shown up by 5:45 so I called and he said they were delayed a few hours and could be there in an hour. I rescheduled instead for today at 11am and it's now 2pm with no word from them. If they can't even show up for an estimate that they scheduled I wouldn't trust them with doing the actual job. Update: They called me at 2:42pm today and said it would be another hour (I had an 11am appointment) and I cancelled the service. Please don't schedule me in for something you can't commit to. One of the wonderful things the previous owners of my house left behind besides the bamboo bush full of spiders and the dishwasher leaking sewer gases was an ugly old shed in the backyard. This thing was not only a rusty eyesore, it had become THE hot hangout for the yowling neighborhood cats. I called Otto out of desperation , not even sure if he'd even take the job. These guys are super fast, efficient, professional, nice, and very responsive via text/call/etc. We bought a new bed and had no idea how we were going to get rid of the old one (box, mattress, metal frame). They donate beds to shelters so we are super happy that our old bed will be put to good use.
