I was able to find someone who could come to my home sooner but they offered to send someone out the following day so I kept my booking with Sunny Home Cleaners. My first booking was for a deep clean. That did not happen but when I expressed my concerns they sent the same person back the following day. They apologized and it was communicated when the cleaners came out there were just some misunderstandings as to what needed to be done. The cleaners were respectful of my home and did a great job. I was pleased and happy to keep working with the same cleaners. I like consistency and shared this when booking my cleanings and shared I am autistic so this is very important to me. The same cleaners came out two weeks later and did a great job. I got a call after stating I can no longer have the same cleaner anymore and they were going to send someone else. I refused and reminded them I like consistency. I was then told the person they sent out was an independent contractor that does not work for the company and they are not able to send her to my home anymore. I expressed that was not okay and was told I would get a call back within 24-48 hours. I had to call back 4-5 days later because I noticed the person I turned down was set to come to my home after I said no. I was advised there is nothing to be done so I cancelled all of my appointments. So my main problem is when I initially set up my appointment I was told they do background checks on all of their people but all of the sudden they aren't sure about who the initially sent to my home. I also was never told the cleaner did not work for their company. So when they canceled my appointments they charged me a cancellation fee and when I complained I was told they didn't know what I was talking about and will fix it right away. I didn't hear back so I called 1 hour later and no one answered my call. It should not be difficult to refund a charge. All in all this company is not honest and when they could not maintain their assurances they charged me for not being okay with it. I do not recommend this company. Edit: After leaving the review I got a call, I was asked to send proof of the cancellation fee, and I sent them a screenshot of the email receipt. I was then issued a refund within 5 minutes with a text confirmation. I was asked to remove the review but I decided to just provide an update. My experience was still my experience. They offered discounts along the way but all in all they just aren't a good fit for me. Things don't always work out. Give them a try, your experience might be better than mine.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM.
