As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.

Not a discredit to the estheticians or the establishment but like any operating business there are routine things that need to be maintained, one being the electricity. Unfortunately there was an issue with the spa's Exit sign which required some technical work during my service causing the lights to go off delaying my appointment time. Sheetal (the spa owner) and Sandra were highly cognizant that I needed to get going by a certain time. They so graciously threw in a complimentary Paraffin treatment and wonderful foot massage to make up for the inconvenience and even with the extra service on top of the already amazing package I had purchased I was still out the door at the time I needed to be. A wonderful place to go and escape for a couple hours, even the extractions weren't too bad ;) Extremely thorough facial with superb evaluation of my skin's condition.
