Due to a change in plans, I notified management that I would not be moving forward and requested a refund of my deposit, as I never occupied or used the space. Despite this, I was informed that the deposit would be kept, even though no services were rendered, and I never took possession of the suite. There was no clear communication upfront that the deposit would be non-refundable under these circumstances, which made the situation feel unfair and misleading. I attempted to resolve this matter privately and respectfully, but the outcome remained the same. I believe transparency and fairness in business practices are extremely important, especially when handling significant deposits. I would advise others to get all terms clearly documented in writing before submitting any payments. read more

I have been going to Lindsey Gresham for years. She's the only one that seems to be able to do my hair right. I have long, thick layers with partial highlights and she does a wonderful job! I don't have to go home and check to see if one side is longer than the other (that happened to me at Aveda before), her foils go as close to the root as possible (which helps my highlights last 10 weeks instead of only 8), she's reasonably priced, friendly and offers free wine... You can't get much better than that! My mom lives in Tulsa, but still tries to schedule appointments with Lindsey whenever possible. She's that good! I highly recommend her! read more

I cannot say enough great things about her but at least let me try...scheduling with her is always so easy & she's accomodating, her suite is like a comfy little spa oasis, she has hands of gold! Her facial's are blissful and feels like you're in heaven while on her table. Every appointment starts with her analyzing your skin to see what treatment you'll need. Then she covers your body with this special warm blanket that feels like a hug! Extractions are done with the utmost care & can hardly be felt. She covers your eyes with these cold compresses, before turning on the overhead light to begin extractions, which does 2 miraculous things...it allows protection from the bright light while soothing the eye area. Her technique for cleansing, exfoliating, masking, toning & moisturizing is not only pleasing to the skin but but also sends you into this crazy Zen-zone. Your facial is concluded with a killer hand, foot & decollete massage, followed by a warm towel wipe down on your back! It's an almost 2 hour experience for $70!!!! That's better then some of the 5 star spa's i've been too! Now....let's talk about her waxing! She does facial waxing like no other, it's truly amazing!!!! Not only does she get your brows back into shape but by the time you leave her suite, you're face isn't red & noone can tell you've had anything waxed! Her brazilian waxing is another 5 star procedure....virtually pain free & smooth as a baby when you're done! Believe me, a rubber band flick to the skin hurts more then Lisa's Brazilian waxing technique!!! I wanted to make an appointment, but I didn't realize that you have to contact individual vendors renting stations in this building. I wanted a manicure/pedicure, and was given phone numbers to two people who could work with me. I called both, none called back. one of them had a website I looked at - natural nails with Judy. On her website it says to text or call. I did both, and never received a call/text back. I'm only in town for a few more days, and just didn't have the time to wait 24 hours for a call back. (They don't do walk ins). I went to Verona nails and spa just down the strip and was VERY impressed! Walk ins were accepted and they took me in right away. The customer service was excellent and the prices were more than reasonable. read more

I've been trying to get a decent facial in the Dallas/Plano area but haven't found one person who envelopes all that I desire in a facial... except Lisa! I HATE going to higher end salons because they are always trying to sell you products. I understand that it's their job but it's so annoying when I am trying to relax. I went to Natural Nail Care, one week ago and while she did an excellent job, very meticulous and took her time doing my shellac mani and pedi but two things threw me off. One, she was late. In the email confirming my appointment, the emphasize so much on not being late and being on time. I got there early only because we had bad weather but she was 20 minutes late. At this point, I was on the phone and decided than rather to be rude and talk on the phone while she was doing my nails, I would quickly end my conversation. When I got to the room, she tried to make it seem like I was the one who was late. I told her I was in the waiting room waiting on her and she just looked at me. Next, I noticed that the nail polish she was using for my hands was not in the same bottle as all the other shellac nail polish. It looked like it was a nail polish that I could buy at a store. I asked her if this would last since I was going on vacation the next day and she said yes. Thursday came by and one nail had already started peeling, this annoyed me but I left it alone. The next day, two other nails started to peel and the first one was completely off my nail already. I feel kind of robbed because I paid for something to last two weeks and it only lasted less than one. It's quite irritating. read more
