I'd love to review their services but they no-showed on us twice. Once on a Tuesday after taking an entire day off - they claim we didn't answer the phone. Then on a Sunday. Got an automated call and text that our tech was 10 minutes away and then they never showed up. They were assigned to us by our service contract with PC Richard. They never showed up on two different occasions. No contact made, no apology, just arrogance. They give a 9 hour window of when they might arrive. Wasted two entire days waiting for them. I have a dishwasher warranty. no shows and then they tell me ticket is closed by me. why would I cancel a service call that I have been paying monthly warranty on. Women on the phone was arrogant and then hung up on me..DGAP Careset up multiple service calls. These people are the worst. I recommend a minus two star rating if possible... I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone!!!. After a mixup in scheduling with another repair company by the warranty company, the Renah secretary refused to honor the second appointment made for us out of spite. She was rude, very disrespectful, and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. And this was all for the repair of our refrigerator, a vital appliance in our home. The secretary lied to us and did not take the needs of the customer into account. If at all possible, avoid this company by any means necessary. UPDATE: Someone from the company sends a technician to my home, 4 days after the missed appointment. At this point, I had already called another repair company. The owner or manager was texting me that I was rude because I would not pick up the phone to speak with him. It was 4 days before they bothered to reach out to me and probably because I wrote a bad review. Why would you send someone to my home without consulting me, 4 days after the missed appointment, when I told you 10x that I work . In this guys screwed up mind, he thought he was doing me some kind of favor. Wow, just unbelievable. Since I wouldn't speak to him by phone, he had the nerve to tell me I am "Nasty". Wow, what a complete misguided jerk! Called on a Tuesday or Wed, appointment was set for Friday. By 12 noon I had not heard from them. I called and was on hold for 15 mins. A woman comes on the line and tells me that someone will call me back. An hour later, I had not heard from them so I called back and they were closed. However, this is not the worst part. I TOOK A DAY OFF WORK FOR THIS! I had been emailing with them about a part for the appointment. So, I emailed how angry I was that they didn't show or call me back. They claim to have called me a few times and I didn't answer. Really? I checked my phone and there were no calls from them. So, I sent them my call log to prove they lied. Besides, why wouldn't they leave a message? Since the call by cell phone, I asked them to prove it to me by sending their call log. I sent them mine but never received theirs. What kind of company uses such a lame excuse and tries to blame the client? Pathetic. If you can't be honest about your own screwup, why should I trust you to repair my appliance? This place was referred by Bosch. DO NOT USE THEM! They are not only rude on the phone, don't call you back (when they say they will) but after being unable to fix my dishwasher (as per them, they ordered the wrong part), they broke my dishwasher door. They kept telling me the manager needed to take care of getting the other part - for 4 weeks! They refused to send someone to fix the door that they broke. Only use this company if you want to waste your time. Their customer service is deplorable. They came out 3 different times to fix a fridge that was under a PC Richard warranty. Each time was a total waste and they DID NOT fix anything. I assume they bill the warranty company on a per visit basis. best of all, after the final visit they stated to warranty company that all was fixed. Now I still have a broken fridge and now have to start the process over with a GE rep. Total waste of time. Run away from these people!!! read more

Unreliable company. They initially came and inspected my repair, said a part was needed and it would be ordered, then never contacted me. After 3 weeks, I called them and they refused to continue with my repai. They told me to go to a different service company! read more

If I could give them no stars I would. First off every person over the phone was rude. My refrigerator broke. They came out took a look and told me it needed a part and they would order it. The next day I get a call regarding parts and the cost. The repair guys show up the next week to fix and replace two parts. When writing the check the cost is more then what I was quoted. Within two weeks it breaks down with the same issue. I called them back assuming it's under warranty. It's been over a week and every time I call to get someone to come back they keep telling me I need to wait for the supervisor who can approve it. This supervisor apparently is never there because I have called 4 different times. And they keep telling me she will call me but she never does. Iv had no refrigerator for almost two weeks waiting for someone to call me. Not to mention it was almost $600 to fix it the first time. Please do not use them they I'll just take your money. read more
