I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I feel it's important to warn others--especially families with elderly loved ones.
My grandmother purchased a gray Chevy HHR from this dealership, and it turned out to be completely unreliable from the start. The vehicle had numerous issues and should never have been sold in that condition--especially to an elderly customer who trusted she was getting something safe and dependable.
After repeated problems, they had to come pick the car up around 10 different times. Eventually, they replaced it with another vehicle. Unfortunately, that situation has been just as bad, if not worse.
The replacement car has had ongoing issues since day one:
* It will not shift into overdrive
* The transmission light has been on since we received it
* It has serious overheating problems
We brought the vehicle back to them to fix the overheating issue they were already aware of. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they charged $300 for a radiator--which did NOT fix anything. The car is still overheating, and now they refuse to take responsibility or make it right.
To make matters worse, the original car my grandmother bought is now sitting in their junkyard--raising serious concerns about why it was sold in the first place.
When I tried to address the situation, the owner responded by calling and cursing at me instead of handling this professionally.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to think twice, especially if you are buying for an elderly family member. No one should have to go through this.
