We waited almost two hours for our food to arrive. During that time, no one checked in, no explanation, and no apology. The service was slow, inattentive, and disorganized. Potatoes were OVERcooked, as was the zucchini, which was also too garlicky. There was only a single serving station while the number of guests probably merited two, which may have been the reason those nearer the end of the line had cold entrees. Terrible Customer Service!…read more I had a group of 8 golfers playing back to back tee times. One of the guys that was supposed to play got sick in the middle of the night and couldn't make it. I told the girl behind the desk and she told me that she would have to mark my account but wouldn't charge me. Very reasonable and I thanked her for it... until I checked my credit card account the next day, when I noticed I was charged a no show fee. I called the pro shop to complain. They said they couldn't verify my story so they wouldn't give me the refund. They asked me to describe the girl who told me she wouldn't charge me, as if they don't have a record of who was behind the desk at 7am on a Friday. Then I was told I could try to print my credit card statement and bring it in next time I play, but when I suggested taking a picture of my statement she said that wouldn't suffice. I don't live very close to the course and rarely play there so to insist that I do it in person is absurd, especially in this digital day we live in. I get it, my group had a no show. Had I been told that they would have to charge me for it right when I checked in, that would have been reasonable. But to tell me that I wasn't going to be charged, and then to later have my account charged and called a liar for the story I told is just bad business. To be treated with such disrespect and basically called a liar makes this mediocre course not worth ever playing at.
