At this time, they tried telling me that my drink was ready and proceeded to attempt to hand me a drink that was not what I ordered. I reiterated I wanted to just cancel the drink and get a refund as I had to get to work, and was advised that I just needed to "go through the app." I tried this since I was brushed off by the workers there, but the app would not allow me to cancel the order or request a refund. I then submitted feedback through Dunkin's website but still have not heard anything. Over the last 2 years, this Dunkin has gone severely downhill, which is a shame

The mouth of the lid should NEVER be placed on the seam of the cup. This is guaranteed to leak. It's a common issue with Starbucks everywhere, which is why we rarely buy coffee at this chain.
