Instead of properly diagnosing the problem first, they started replacing parts and charging time and mileage without clearly explaining what was actually wrong with the truck. After hours of work, the truck was not repaired and was left in worse condition than when they arrived. Only after the truck was made worse did they tell me there "might be" a serious engine problem. At that point, they had the truck towed to their own yard and presented me with a very high invoice with fees, mileage, software charges, and processing fees that were never clearly approved. When I tried to resolve it in good faith and offered a partial payment to walk away (since the truck was never fixed), they refused and instead held my truck and loaded trailer until the full amount was paid. This caused me: * Missed deliveries * Lost revenue * Huge stress and downtime If you are an owner-operator or a fleet, be very careful. This shop uses complicated paperwork and aggressive billing to trap customers after a breakdown. I would not recommend this shop to any trucker or transportation company.

They were shortstaffed, which I totally understand, but then communicate properly with me, don't tell me 30 minutes when you know it's clearly gonna take longer. After waiting until 1230 had to literally tell them to just put the tires in the back of my truck and I was going to take them somewhere else because they were struggling so hard. If your machine can't handle the job, you shouldn't have taken our business in the first place. I'm not sure what the point of having an appointment is if you're gonna keep taking walk-in clients in front of us, pushing us back further and further when we spent so much money with you. That shows me they care more about volume and getting as many people in as possible than doing quality work. Went to discount tire in Cottonwood, the one tire that was put on they said properly was not, and the valve was leaking. Discount tire got the job done in an hour, and charged way less. Again, this review could've been way different. If everyone would've just communicated properly and said listen we are short staffed and we're struggling with our machines so it's gonna take us a few hours. Had a job to do in Phoenix and lost it because of how long they took.
