He got us set up to have our car worked on the next morning and even went above and beyond and gave us a ride to our hotel. Red Rock got the truck repaired the next day and we were able to head home at the end of the weekend. They truly saved our trip and we cannot thank them enough!!!

Instead of properly diagnosing the problem first, they started replacing parts and charging time and mileage without clearly explaining what was actually wrong with the truck. After hours of work, the truck was not repaired and was left in worse condition than when they arrived. Only after the truck was made worse did they tell me there "might be" a serious engine problem. At that point, they had the truck towed to their own yard and presented me with a very high invoice with fees, mileage, software charges, and processing fees that were never clearly approved. When I tried to resolve it in good faith and offered a partial payment to walk away (since the truck was never fixed), they refused and instead held my truck and loaded trailer until the full amount was paid. This caused me: * Missed deliveries * Lost revenue * Huge stress and downtime If you are an owner-operator or a fleet, be very careful. This shop uses complicated paperwork and aggressive billing to trap customers after a breakdown. I would not recommend this shop to any trucker or transportation company.
