She was patient, really listened to what I liked and didn't like. I had shown her photos of my dress which was helpful. I was stressed when I came for my appointment and Jenny and the other beautician's went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and at ease. My make up looked spectacular! I got the forehead and elevens done, as well as the recommended brow lift. Was quite happy with initial results, but needed a top up on my right forehead area and brow, which they did for free. Brow lift looked nice, and was pretty subtle. Things I didn't love: the upper part of my forehead still had a good bit of movement, which I will discuss with them for my next round; the Botox only really lasted about 2 months, while I was told it would probably last 3-4, so ymmv. I don't know if that was due to dosage or my body's metabolism. Will discuss with them at my next appointment.

Lies and says she is sick when she isn't or doesn't want to see a client. Or blames the receptionist for her mistake. Have heard a lot of stories of "sensitive" receptionists because she makes them cry. She shouldn't be allowed to run a business I wouldn't trust her to do anything on me.
