The wait to be seen was quick, the office staff was nice, the office was very clean, the prices were very reasonable and Dr. Patel was a sweetheart, she kept asking if I was ok during the procedure. ACENE GONE with Laser Facial Treatment: At the age of 25 transitioning to 26 I began to break out severely for no apparent reason, I was prescribed ointments, Birth control pills, etc and nothing was working. A dermatologist authorized me for the ' Accutane' treatment. It is a long and tedious process to get approved, but I got approved and was ready to begin my first treatment. HOWEVER, after mentioning the decision to my general Doctor, Dr. Patel, she advised to try the Laser Facial (Revlite). She mentioned that the Accutane treatment had many side effects-- including birth defects, possible damage to organs, etc--and that I should try a topical treatment that is less invasive first. Just after 2-3 treatments of the LASER FACIAL (REVLITE)-- and being placed under a special recovery light for about 15 mins after each treatment-- my skin was renewed!!!! ACENE GONE, Acne dark spots ( scars) were GONE too!!!! My before and after pictures are unbelievable and wearing make up is now optional because I no longer have unwanted blemishes to cover up. If you're looking for an Acne Treatment that WORKS, the Laser Facial is it! Additionally, it has also helped me build more collagen making my skin look more youthful, and has also shrunk the visibility of my pores. I have not encountered any side effects with this treatment. I was introduced to yelp last month, had I known about this and writing reviews I would've done this months ago. I've been to Dr. Patels office and I have to say her serivce is terrible, why are people writing reviews stating her service is good? I went to this office for a tattoo removal consultation, when patel stepped into the room she just started asking for injections and photos instead of consulting me first. I told her hold up i'm here for a consultation before any treatment. She quickly explained the treatment, and price to me. Patel ended up giving me a good price, But had i known that the medical assistant would be giving me the local anesthetic injection i would've NEVER proceeded with the procedure. As an RN I know that a medical assistant shouldn't be giving local anesthesia injections and dr patel should also know that. So please be careful when having your tattoos removed from her office. Her staff is great but make sure to remind the dr if your there for a consult before she starts a treatment. That was my first and last visit to her office. read more

I went here for laser hair removal and I'm not happy with the results or service provided by Dr. Patel. She is very nice but she rushed through my session didn't take the time to do a thorough job. On top of that she burned my skin and now I have a small spot of skin color change which looks horrible. I told her about it when I went back and she provided a cream stating it will go away in a month or so. But guess what? It's been 5 months and still hasn't gone away. She rushed everything and missed a lot of crucial sections of my stomach and chest. I feel very upset because my hair is very light and I don't even have that much and felt this would help. But I didn't see any difference at all except for that little dot where my skin got darker. I'm angry because I feel she just cares about the money and doesn't take the time to provide quality service. I might give it one more shot but I don't know. I will update if I do. But for now this place deserves 1 star based on the poor quality of the work performed. read more

I went in for treatment for plantar fasciitis after having seen two other doctors before (one of which was an acupuncturist who specialized in sports medicine as well). The acupuncturist I went to had me laying on my back, stuck me with needles everwhere but on the problem area of my foot, then used this plastic device to scrape the bottom of my foot that felt like she was trying to scrape the flesh off my foot bones. After she was done with this procedure, she stuck some kind of sports tape across the bottom of my foot and sent me home with the idea of using a frozen golf ball to roll my foot over to help massage the area and take down the swelling and inflammation. The golf ball idea did work where reducing the swelling and inflammation is concerned, but the rest of the treatment didnt help at all and I went in for 2 treatments. Personally, IF you plan to see an acupuncturist, go to one that does TRADITIIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE ONLY. They are hard to find, but this type of medicine does work to give you proper circulation in the tissues and muscles of the affected areas of pain. Dr. Patel gave me a lot more information about my condition and treated my foot with cortisone shot, wrapping my foot around the middle with tape and sent me home with some stretching exercises and massage techniques that are helping quite well. It is day two now and I'm feeling about 30% to 40% better. She told me that when she had the same condition, it took her about 2 years to recover well enough. I think I caught my condition in time and went to see her at the right time. I think it might be a lot sooner for me to recover from this. Granted, that cortisone shot hurt worse than the injury itself was doing, but I believe it was worth it, because my pain treshold is reduced by at least 40% and I'm not limping like I was. I'm able to put more of my weight on it when I walk. No cane required now. I'm going to keep up with the stretching exercises and massages in the morning like Dr. Patel has told me and I feel in 5 days from now, I will be back to walking normally again. read more

Simply Amazing ~ Viva a La Viora!!! Yes, it's true, Viora works to firm and get rid of unwanted fat. I was a little skeptical but not anymore. So here's my story: I decided to visit Dr. Renee Patel's office to learn more about this fairly new technique which firms, reduces cellulite, and breaks down fat cells. I didn't have an appointment but they were more than willing to provide a free consultation. The staff was super nice and I was able to see the Viora Technician right away. Dr. Patel also came by to chat with me about the Viora. I scheduled my first treatment about two weeks later. After my first treatment on my outer thighs (took about 45 min) I noticed results within 2 days. My thighs were definitely firmer and my skirts fit better. I'm a curvy gal and my hope was to reshape my thighs to be more proportionate to my upper body. I found hope in Viora. Three treatments later I was very pleased with the results. I would say the only drawback is that the treatment is not like a relaxing massage but takes a little "thick skin" so to speak to tolerate the suction device. There might be some bruising too but not a big deal because the results are worth it. There is no down time and the price is reasonable and based on the area you want to address.
