It was not overly busy today so my plate came out in good time. Although tasty, the sausages were burnt, the home fries were barely warm but the teapot was refilled promptly by my waitress. When I informed the waitress of the mistake, she started to yell at me. I showed her the prices in their menu. Her boss then stated that the prices had changed. If that was the case, it should have been reflected in their menu. There was no apology for having made a mistake, etc. I paid my bill, based on the listed menu prices and was told to get out of the restaurant instead. I took the two bills and informed the owner that I would be posting them side-by-side on social media and left. Once out the door, the manager told me not to come back again and I don't plan to.
