She has a love of hunting down our socks but has not chewed on or destroyed any furniture. Great with us, our kids and other dogs! She's such a happy, confident, friendly and Healthy pup! She's great in the car and on trips and walks and has enriched our lives so much!! Classic heritage put so love and care into all their puppies and it shows.

I grew up with two Golden Retrievers from a breeder in the UK. When I compare my experiences with them to my experiences with Beary, I can say that I have had a much easier time with Beary. Heather sure knows her stuff when it comes to breeding, and she has the best puppy trainers around. Beary already knew many of the basic commands when he arrived and was trained to go to the bathroom in a litter box. Beary is sweet-natured and funny. Playing fetch with him is more entertaining than watching TV. He has no health issues, is very intelligent, and he's always good but perhaps sometimes just a little mischievous! He learns quickly and is very well-behaved. He's also extremely beautiful, loves to cuddle, and is very caring. There's nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you, Heather, for all you do. My life is much happier with Beary in it.

Royalty Akitas - Amazing Akitas with a Quality Breeder

We had our first Akita from a different breeder and she was the best friend one could have. Tora…read morepassed at the age of 10 years.. We mourned for a couple of years, but we missed having loving loyal dogs so we found Royal Akitas. Our Akitas are now 2 years old and so we decided this is a good time to do a review for the Breeder Don. We went to his home and he was very welcoming. We sat in his office and he showed us all his dogs on the computer then took us to his dog kingdom. Such beautiful Akitas and all very well taken care of, he explained as we walked around which of the dogs were female and pregnant/ ready to give birth and so on. We stated that we did not want an Alpha, because we are a family and want to share our love with our akita. Don, let us pick which ever dog we wanted, but suggested based on what we wanted which of the litter would be best for us. Well/...it's been two years now and I have to say we LOVE our doggies one is male and one is female and they are so good with people and children not other dogs, but then again we've spent a lot of time socializing them to humans. Such great temperaments on our dogs and so loving even to strangers that walk into our house. I wish we can get another one now from Don Royalty Akitas because I know his breed and I know we will not be disappointed. I am very happy about my boy Kuma ( which I named after his father) " Bear " and my girl Luna after a female Akita Don had who was such a happy and energetic girl and also loved Don so much! Moral of the story is if you want to seriously own an Akita then Royalty Akitas out of California is where you need to take a visit.

Don also never provided us with her registration papers after many requests. Google searches & reviews provide similar stories of other dogs bought from Royalty Akitas. I would not purchase another dog from them.

Buyer beware of Baser Livestock in Lincoln, Ca for project animals. We bought a steer from this…read morefamily and it came home sick with an eye infection that turned into a terrible respiratory illness that would not respond to antibiotics. The owners of this business were terrible to work with and talked awful to my son who loved the animal and was just trying to raise a project animal for the 2020 fair. They tried blaming us for the animal being sick in every way... even going as far saying our chickens got it sick and our area was colder (which we checked temps online and they are the same).... The steer also developed a grapefruit size lump in its brisket. The vet examined and said it was some sort of hematoma and not sure what or why. we understand animals get sick. That is part of raising livestock. How they handled the situation was unprofessional. We did everything in our power to get this animal healthy and know that there are other kids out there with sick animals from their place. The prior year we also had purchased a steer from Baser Livestock and it came home sick and we incurred a vet bill within a week and then it got sick in the spring as well. Our vet felt they hadn't vaccinated properly. They also sold 2 other steers to 4-H kids in our county this fall that became very sick quickly after bringing them home and still haven't recovered a month later. We posted a Facebook review and they didn't like the facts that we stated and Baser livestock removed the option for reviews.

Ragdoll Ranch - Makes me smile everytime

After losing my sweet Sadie, I felt an emptiness in my home I didn't think could ever be filled…read more Then I found Taylor through Ragdoll Ranch, and what I brought home was more than a kitten. He was a blessing, a piece of light, and a living reminder that love continues. I've worked with breeders before, but never like this. Ashley and Lyle are not just breeders, they are family, and they raise their kittens like family. Ashley mothers these babies in a way you can see and feel: they are held, loved, and nurtured during those tender months when personality is formed. When I adopted Taylor at 6 months old, he came to me not just healthy and socialized, but with a sweetness that only comes from being raised with real heart. He checks every box you'd expect from a true Ragdoll: gentle, floppy, endlessly affectionate, the kind of cat who seems born to love. Some people misunderstand what it means for a Ragdoll to be "purebred." The truth is that Ragdolls were created in the 1960s by Ann Baker using a mix of breeds (Birman, Persian-like, Siamese-pointed cats, and a white domestic longhair named Josephine). That's the foundation of the breed. So when DNA tests today show traces of those breeds, that doesn't disprove anything, it actually confirms the breed's history. What makes a Ragdoll purebred is registration and lineage, and all of Ragdoll Ranch's kings and queens are TICA-registered Ragdolls. But beyond papers and pedigrees, what matters most is love. Ragdoll Ranch gave me not just a cat, but a companion whose personality reflects the kindness of the people who raised him. They were responsive, transparent, and professional; providing health records, care guidance, and even advice on local vets. Ashley has even cared for Taylor for me when I couldn't -- a gesture that says more than words ever could. This isn't just a business. It is a humane, heartfelt, beautiful enterprise; a reflection of beautiful people investing their lives in something of the heart. In a world that often feels hurried and transactional, Ashley and Lyle remind me that when something is raised with love, it shows. Taylor shows it every single day. To say I recommend this breeder would be an understatement. If you are looking for a Ragdoll raised with love and integrity, I implore you to reach out. Ashley and Lyle are not only the best in town -- they are among the best you'll find anywhere.
