When I called for appt to found out it's been changed ownership and several years ago it was owned by Anastasia. I thought what the heck I liked it and I will try it. It's still pretty much same set as before and it was soothing and peaceful. I had 30 mins soft pack (zero gravity) warm bed. Then 90 mins massage with Will. I will have to say I've had many years of massages and this was a total different method of deep massage and I was so pleased with Wills skillful deep tissue massage and helped me relieved my pain, ache and stressed out body. I wish I had booked a longer session. I then got my gel pedi. She used the OPI gel on my toes. Now the lid is cracking and the response was you are required to pay a fee AND agree to pay for the full repair or replacement cost before they will come out. There is zero reason why a lid cracks less a year out. Pictures were sent of the damage and since then zero contact again. And you cannot bring the lid in. They won't look at it. I should have just bought a used one. Never again will they have my business and I will be taking them to small claims if I don't get some form of reply from them. Awful customer service.
