If you are dealing with any areas of consistent pain or restriction then this is the place for you. They don't deal with the symptoms of the issue, they get down to the root cause to eliminate. Unlike a massage, I actually walked out pain free and continue to see improvements. Even though my upper back feels tight they recognized that it is actually my pectoralis muscles that are too tight and need to be worked in order to allow my back to relax. I have been going to RM about once per week for 4-5 weeks now for knee pain due to an old ACL repair. I am a very active person (crossfit 4-5x per week + some cycling) and toward the end of 2018 I was starting to have sharp knee pain with jumping, lunging, squatting and stairs. My knee has made a miraculous recovery over the past few weeks and I attribute it to Ashley and Kirsten at ReNew getting healthy mobility back into my quad, glutes and hamstrings in collaboration with my physical therapist who is reprogramming the right muscle patterns.
