I have their basic membership which offers 2 sessions per month. They have other tiers of 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month or you can pay for just a single session. If it's your first time, you can easily make an appointment through their website. Once you're a client, they have an online portal you can use to book (or book at the studio). The studio is super clean and they wipe down the tables after each client session. Staff is friendly and everyone is very knowledgeable. You can cater the stretch to your needs asking for a specific area (I usually ask for a heavy focus on upper body) or you can let the practitioner help you with a full body stretch. The owners are Elon alumni so it's nice to support local. The studio is a little difficult to find at first because they don't have a sign on the building just yet, but the building is across from Culver's and same shopping center at Sir Pizza.
