I suffer from recurring neck and shoulder tension along with lower back pain from sitting at a desk regularly for my job. So, in addition to exercise and other things, I need regular deep tissue massages. True deep tissue, not just hard pressure. For those who don't know better, Pain does NOT equal deep tissue. I also have an 18 mos old son who is very active and it's been an extra challenge being in continual pain and discomfort when it comes to getting on the floor and playing with him, etc. I have lived back in Michigan for almost 7 years and have tried lots of different spas, but struggled to find "my person". Heidi is my person. The deep tissue massage perfectly worked out the issues with my neck, shoulders, and lower back and she actually listened to me when I said that I like lighter pressure on my legs which made the ENTIRE massage a perfect experience. That's just the massage. Heidi herself is fantastic. Punctual, organized, and a true delight. I have since referred many friends to her with varying issues and they have agreed that she perfectly assessed what their problem areas were and have since made her "their person" as well. I actually keep her info more on the down low now because she books up really quickly, but for anyone looking for a review this is it. Don't waste your money elsewhere.
