In her defense she was hired late because another attorney also mishandled and manipulated my case and she promised she wouldn't. She was hired the beginning of summer to file specific motions and represent me in mediation by August, although I sent her every piece of evidence I could on the case to help me so far she showed up unknowledgeable and she continued giving me advice she deemed necessary to move forward saying this has to be signed for me to enforce past and future motions- held out the entire time to today to make new motions because she networked so well on my case t seems....And then yelled at me for questioning the motions, laws, court, dates everything as we progresed in my difficult case we just got off the phone where she left of Saying she felt "attacked" by this because in the middle of one of her rants I stopped her to say I am not attacking her at all when I'm asking for these specific updates. I've paid thousands and she expects more to do nothing but talk about best outcome of my case with opposing counsel instead of me and not do the job I specifically paid for... Contracting JA Greene to build our vet clinic was a huge, embarrassing mistake. I'm posting a brief…read moresummary of our experience here, in hope that others might avoid similar misfortune. After deficiencies in our drawings were found prior to bidding, Mr. Greene was instructed to complete a thorough plan review, and bid work to complete the project, with any deficiencies in the drawings corrected. He had numerous examples of similar projects, and presented himself well as an expect in the design and construction of facilities like ours, and so was trusted to review and modify our drawings. Now, eighteen months after starting construction 8/2017, on a project contracted for 270 days, it's apparent that our trust was completely misplaced. I have 15 years past experience as owner/manager of a commercial interiors company. I have never seen a worse managed project than this JA Greene project. Our foundation was jackhammered and re-poured in several locations to move mis-placed plumbing, only to be jack hammered up again, when it was realized that the plumbing was correct to begin with. The floor plan was changed, without corresponding changes to the other drawings, leaving subcontractors without clear means to properly complete their work. Water was flooding our building, since sidewalks on exterior walls were placed above the exterior masonry weep holes. It was necessary for us to spend thousands on independent engineers to persuade Mr. Greene to correct this. Mr. Greene attempted to up-charge me $13,000.00 for the color selection on our metal roof. Sheetrock was being finished before our metal roof was installed, and when the roof finally was installed, the metal was badly warped (and remains that way). I became an unpaid superintendent, calling out a window in the wrong location during brick work, blocking for wall mounted equipment mis-placed, incorrect masonry being used for the dumpster enclosure, and the building being painted the wrong color, among many other problems. Mr. Greene proved very difficult to persuade to correct these errors in some cases. Finally, more than 4 months behind schedule, we moved in 8/6/2018. We immediately began working with JA Greene to correct numerous other problems that became apparent. The HVAC was not working properly, clients and staff immediately began complaining of very high noise levels in the lobby, kennel, and one exam room. Our IT room is over 87 degrees, in winter. The HVAC deck on the roof was flooding. Water leaks from the ceiling. Run gates falling apart, allowing patients to escape into the clinic after hours. Cabinets that are not suitable for wet areas are falling apart in the kennel, 5 feet from a hose bib. There were many other problems as well, but you get the idea. Now in mid February, more than six months since move in, many of these issues remain unresolved. In addition, I began to get calls from attorneys, and letters of demand for payment threatening liens, from unpaid subcontractors hired by JA Greene, within weeks of move in, continuing even now. There has been no response from JA Greene on our request for proof of payment of these subs. In August of 2018, Mr. Greene swore out an "Affidavit of Completion", now filed with the county clerks office, attesting that all of his subcontractors had been paid in full. Texas law states that this is perjury-a criminal offense. My recent notice to Mr. Greene that we now plan to move forward, hiring others to complete work and correct serious issues he has not, was met with a law suit, forbidding us from proceeding to complete work, paying subs what they are owed, or communicating with anyone regarding our experience with JA Greene. He also threatens a lien on our property. After I posted the first Google review on JA Greene Construction, Mr. Greene's employees, relations and vendors to post phony reviews, posing as customers, to hide his actual rating, just another example of his questionable ethics. As of 2/16/19, he has removed all customer reviews from his Facebook Page.

This is an excellent company and the exemplary reviews are well earned and deserved. USA Resume is definitely the go to company for all of your resume needs.
