I was told they smoke with hickory wood. You can find a great assortment of smoked chicken, links and pork along with sandwiches made to order as well. The meat market has a great display of meat for purchase as well. Loved the local family business and that my food was wrapped in paper. Felt like I was back in a real butcher shop. There meat market was clean and had a small table to eat at. Don't second guess the shop based on the size of the establishment the ribs and service are magnificent. The staff is very friendly and I was welcomed with a smile. I stumbled upon this little gem on our travels. We will be back!

I will throw most of them away tomorrow night and never be able to order them again. My other complaint is that if I order 6 cans of dog food, it is because I need 6 cans, not 4. Three dogs equals 6 cans. If you can't match the order, then explain that you don't have that much. I love the service. The people are fantastic. They just need to work on a lot of small issues.
