I knew Renna from one of her open house a couple of years ago. I was very impressed by the staging initially. After talking to her about my needs, she was responsive and helped me look for appropriate housing. She's very familiar with the local market (especially Sunnyvale/Mountain View area) and has very good connections with other agents. I was impressed by her knowledge. Last year, she helped one of my couple friends to buy a new house and sell their old house. My friend and his wife later told me they also got to know Renna from her open house and compared with all the other agents they knew, they decided to work with Renna on both transactions. Early this year one of my friend who was already relocated to another state asked me to refer a good agent to help sell a house in Sunnyvale. I referred Renna to my friend immediately. Renna gave my friend a detailed market analysis report the next day after she knew about the address. She walked through the house and based on the condition, only suggested some minor touch up work before the official staging. While another two agents my friend tried to work with earlier both suggested a whole house new painting which turns out to be unnecessary. Renna really stands for the seller's best interest.
