We chose Mary and George Tan to sell our Cupertino home of 31 years and it was the best decision ever. We were anxious about selling our house because the house across the street had been on the market for 3 months before it finally sold after reducing its price by almost 10%. We knew there were changes that we would need to make to our house for it to appeal to today's market, but we didn't know what changes were necessary, or how to price our house so that it would sell quickly. Mary Tan does not keep the sellers best interest in mind. After selling our house we found that she makes it difficult to show our home despite it being vacant and we having already moved out from the home. We only learned this after the fact and found she does this so that her 'team' can double end commissions and represent both the buyer and seller to make more in commission income while not actually trying to get a higher price for our home.
