So I started looking online on a Saturday and it so happened they were having an open house and seemed to have a lot of inventory. It's a bit of drive from where I live but it was a beautiful day so I took the drive. Couldn't be more happier that I did. Long story short, I found a beautifully reconditioned 2022 RXV that I was interested in. Ben checked out all the pictures of my cart and I told him about the undiagnosed issues I was having. He made me a fair offer on my cart and I bought the RXV. Great guy with an awesome shop. Took the new cart out yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Ben runs a good operation and I wouldn't hesitate to send any there for service or a new cart.

Cart had shavings of sharp plastic on the floor board where they installed a battery meter. Didn't even clean up the messes they made. Costs were correct but I am deeply disappointed in the level of customer service. I would never go there again. So here we are again. Now after 1 month from service, the battery meter doesn't work that this POS company installed. This is the worst company EVER!!!
