I stumbled on this place when I was contemplating upgrading my old 2005 EZG Txt. I was having a bit of an issue with it after replacing the batteries and didn't want to spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. So I started looking online on a Saturday and it so happened they were having an open house and seemed to have a lot of inventory. It's a bit of drive from where I live but it was a beautiful day so I took the drive. Couldn't be more happier that I did. Long story short, I found a beautifully reconditioned 2022 RXV that I was interested in. Ben checked out all the pictures of my cart and I told him about the undiagnosed issues I was having. He made me a fair offer on my cart and I bought the RXV. Great guy with an awesome shop. Took the new cart out yesterday and I couldn't be happier. So, got the cart back today. Bryan was great throughout the entire experience. The owner was there and never said a word. Sad to sacrifice what could have been a customer for life. Cart had shavings of sharp plastic on the floor board where they installed a battery meter. Didn't even clean up the messes they made. Costs were correct but I am deeply disappointed in the level of customer service. I would never go there again. So here we are again. Now after 1 month from service, the battery meter doesn't work that this POS company installed. This is the worst company EVER!!! read more

We just stumbled onto this business one day while we were checking online for a golf cart dealer, of which, there were several to pick from in the area I was searching. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and I found most of the places I called were either closed, closing soon or the person I was speaking to was not so helpful. Then, I called Stoltzfoos Batteries & Golf Carts where Ben answered the phone. Although it was fifteen minutes before their closing time and we were about twenty minutes away, Ben told us he would stay open for us and he told us not to break our necks getting there -- he would wait. We arrived after their closing time and Ben was there, waiting for us. Ben didn't try to rush us and he made us feel welcome and I felt that he really appreciated our being there. He walked us around his nice store with lots to look at and described everything in detail, justifying the differences in price of each golf cart. We could tell we were dealing with an honest man and we decided this was where we would buy our golf cart. We chose a great-looking, bright red, hot rod E-Z-GO RXV electric golf cart. Ben made our purchase painless and we walked out feeling great about spending our money there. Anything mechanical can break down, and sure enough, after a couple months we had a problem and our golf cart would not move. Of course, it was a Sunday, so just like every other business in this part of Pennsylvania, Stoltzfoos Battery & Golf Carts was closed. We left a message on their phone about the problem and where we had left the golf cart on the side of a campground road. First thing Monday morning, Ben called us and told us he would take care of the problem right away -- I had no doubt he was telling the truth. Tuesday morning, Ben called us to let us know that they had fixed our golf cart Monday evening and they had returned it to our campsite. What they did here goes way beyond what we would expect of the very best customer service. Again, our dealing with Stoltzfoos Batteries & Golf Carts was painless. We have never been happier with the way a business has treated us. I am sure anybody else who deals with them will feel the same way. read more
