I was given a loaner car immediately, and after they checked everything over, they sent me an electronic file with all the recommended repairs--clearly itemized with costs broken out. When I spoke with Casey, the owner, he took the time to go over everything with me. I explained my situation--deciding between keeping the car or trading it in--and his honesty really stood out. He told me that if I planned to trade it in, there was no need to spend money beyond the inspection since, with high mileage, the dealer would likely just auction it off anyway. That advice wasn't in his best business interest, but it was absolutely the right thing to say, and it meant a lot. If I decided to keep the car, he had the repairs prioritized so I could take care of the most important items first and handle the rest over time. I decided to keep it, and the repairs they completed were done quickly and done right. The noises were gone, and what had been a rough, bumpy ride was suddenly smooth again. I had the quote in a day, and it was lower than three other local bids. He found a replacement, perfect paint job, and it mechanically works like new.
