UPDATE!!!!I originally left this company a 5-star review because I was very happy with the installation of my new front door and entry door. The crew did a great job, worked hard, and we even tipped each of the three installers $100 because we appreciated their work. Unfortunately, after the installation, the keypad did not work. I don't necessarily believe this was the installer's fault--it may have been a defective keypad. I ordered a replacement myself and simply asked the owner if someone could come back to swap it out. He replied but didn't give me a straight answer, he was actually nasty. I've sent multiple text messages over the past weeks. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When you spend a lot of money with a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and at least return a customer's message. It's frustrating that such a small service request has been completely ignored. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this company. A quality installation is important, but so is customer service after the job is complete. read more

We needed to renovate our bathroom due to multiple leaks and other various issues that the previous owner never took care of. Jeff quoted us $8,800+ for the job not including the price of tiles. He offered to throw in the tiles at no additional cost if we were willing to make a decision on the spot. There were minor communication issues with Jeff throughout getting job done, but all is well that ends well. The guys working (Nacho/Oscar/Danny/etc) were all very professional and respectful which goes a long way. It took about 7 days start to finish to get the job done. We are satisfied with the work and Jeff said the labor is warranted for as long as we live in the home. We were also taken back when we found out that they were actually going to consider the job finished without painting the bathroom. I was told they don't usually include painting the bathroom and would've left the new drywall completely exposed and we would have to pay someone else to paint. I found that to be absolutely ludicrous and when I expressed that to Jeff, he "did us the favor" of having them paint the bathroom and I had to buy the paint. We also had to buy the shower door and luckily it was delivered on the last day of the project but Jeff did say they would come back to do the installation if the door was delivered at a later date. We also decided to use this company to install a new fence for $12,500. It took about 4 days to complete but they took apart our old fence several days prior to being able to start the project without communicating first which was very frustrating. The two guys who worked on the fence were fantastic, they worked really hard and took no shortcuts that I could see to ensure the new fence would be really sturdy against the crazy winds we get in my area. We had to get someone else to cut down some trees and make room for them to install the new fence. They were going to move the fence further into our property line without communicating such also blew my mind. Jeff was kind enough to have his guys haul away some old glass doors we had from a previous project when they were taking the trash away from this project. All in all we are satisfied with the work done for the bathroom and the new fence installation. I would recommend this company to others, but must keep a close eye on what's getting done to ensure there isn't any miscommunication or misunderstandings. read more

Terrible. DO NOT USE. They kept not showing up to do work for other. It took 5 mos to get my new bathroom and new floor. I am still finding little things they did not finish like some moldings. I picked out a grout for my bathroom yet they used something else trying to tell me this is what I picked. I DID NOT PICK THAT GROUT. The tile used in the bathroom is slippery. I wanted nonskid tile. Basement and Bathroom Renos buyers beware: Jeff Geller from this company and Roy from Built Right did a terrible job in my basement. They do not use lic. Electricans or plumbers. My entire ceiling and parts of the walls have come down to reveal overloaded junction boxes, juntion boxes missing plate covers, boxes with bare wire showing, they actually spliced the boiler junction to add other wires to it. The lack of outlets, the wires that were just hanging and not secured is remarkable. I was overcharged for this nightmare. Currently I'm paying 4k to have the ceiling and walls replaced, fixed and painted after my licensed electrician comes in to fix their poor workmanship. Jeff is a good talker be aware. He asks for the payment before the job is 100% complete promising he's going to take care of it all. Roy from Built Right is non communicable, treats him employees poorly by not providing a place where they can use a bathroom. He instructs his employees to urinate in corners of the clients property. I have it all on camera. His workers were at my home for over 3 weeks. With No place to use the bathroom. When they said they were done, just needed to do a punch list, I was challenged all the way. I still have a hole in my laundry room that they had no intention to fix, they hooked the washing machine up incorrectly, the nailed my utility panels to the wall so I cannot access then, they shorted my upstairs twice by their "wiring" job and claimed my son doesn't know how to use a light switch. Anoyone who has had a basement remodel, a bathroom install buyer beware. Jeff assured me that the company he SUBBED by basemet work to is a good company, a company that he used to own. If this is who he subs jobs to, do you really trust him to do your job too? Is he using licenced tradesmen to do the stuff you don't see behind the walls? read more

If I could give no stars I would have! I wouldn't recommend this company at all. They pressure you on the spot to sign a contract. Before you even talk to a finance person to find out what you would qualify for. All I wanted was one day to decide but was called several times within an hour to schedule the signing of a contract and give 1/3 cash deposit. He was 100% aware we had another company to give a quote the next day. That we had scheduled prior to scheduling them. John called me asking to make it "a go" now rather than tomorrow when we already agreed the next day. Then said we asked him for 2 discounts which we did not he offered one right off the bat. Mind you, we never negotiated and wanted to remain professional and keep our prior commitment to the other company give a quote. Then offended me by saying that negotiations lean to bad relationships and said he's choosing not to business with us. Truthfully there are plenty of quality contractors that can do a good job or better for a lot less. And that is why he was so pushy and impatient fir us to make a decision. He thought he could sucker us into a $14k job that should cost no more than $12k. I'd be very careful before giving this company any money up front. read more

Jeff and his team are out of this world. They completely transformed my outdated dull house into a modern beautiful home that I actually love now. Had them do our siding, windows, sliding doors, front door, roof, and balconies and they came out better than I ever imagined. Jeff is responsive, on top of the jobs and makes sure everything is done beyond expectations. He is a man of his word and comes through on everything he promises. These guys get the job done quickly and right the first time. The workers are on time, friendly, professional, and always clean up after they are done working. There was not a spec of dust in my house after the interior work was done and the outside was left spotless. I hired Renovate Right to Build a portico, build a front porch, replace vinyl siding in the front of house with new vinyl sided panels, new gutters new window shutters, new paver stone walkway, etc. Jeff is a reliable and honest contractor. He's very responsive and always around to check on the jobs progress. He has a keen eye for detail and design.
