this place is a fraud & take advantage of people for money !!!! this is my story with this company! i bought this car for 1000$ down & everything was fine for the first 3 months ! after that it was hell ! i have had my car taken after being late on my car insurance but was told when it was purchased as long as the car payment is paid& i at least have insurance & that it was fine ! that was lie my car was repossessed & i had to pay 300$ tow company fees bcux they so called had to pay a tow company so than i had to pay for tht so i did & got insurance when i recovered my vehicle & than i was told they do not accept fred loyal so they wanted me to cancel that & go somewhere else i told her i do not have the funds to do that as i just spend almost 600$ sum on the vehicle plus 200$ down for the insurance! & she said it was fine i will not be having to pay a feee that this was on them & than yesterday 1/7/25 i paid 411 plus the fee which paid it 509$ i paid it & was told i was be safe until tmr that i had time to get insurance which i was spending the rest of my money on my entire check went to this vehicle!!! & while i was in cvs to deposit money into my chime account 10 mins away from amax a man jumped into the vehicle & took off & i had witness tell me this ! this was there response , this was the 2nd time they took my vehicle that i paid the month for ! the first time i was at work & the took never given a notice no call ! no text until they took it ! and when they took it the first time i paid the 300$ tow company fee all just to find put there was never no tow truck company it was them all along !let show people who they truely are this company needs to be shut down for fraud !!!!! please i repeat do not get a car by them !!! read more

They're shitty as well. They're bad customer service very unprofessional. They do biweekly and they make you pay $500 biweekly I've never seen that in my life. Then your first payment starts in a week after you purchase the car, which is insane. What happens to 30 to 90 days? Would they recommend them to anybody? If I could put a negative star I would. My first payment landed on a holiday. Which meant I wouldn't get paid until the very next week. I told them how it wasn't my fault and that I'll pay the late fees. Well today I called to try and pay it and they said they closed my account. Here are screenshots of the conversation. They sell lemon cars and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. Your best bet is to go to a REAL dealership. Run the other way if you come across this place. Do not, I repeat do not do business with anyone here. I got my car 2 years ago, had to replace all four tires within the first month of having it, then had to do all kinds of maintenance work to it. The car was nice and drove good for the test drive but that's about it until I put more money into the car. I paid off my car a couple of months ago and was charged all kinds of fees and Kelly who is in charge of all of that lied to me and told me they had sent my plates when in reality she charged me extra and only sent my title paperwork. New Braunfels location - TERRIBLE SERVICE! A year ago, we got my daughter a car from the San Antonio location and have had no issues. A month ago, I got a Honda Civic from the New Braunfels location. During the test drive I noticed the gas hand not working and the air bag light was on. I was told by RODNEY that all it needed was a sensor reset and they would take care of it. 4 days later, I took the car back for the "reset", little did I know they would have to take and leave the car in San Antonio to be repaired. About 6 days later Blaine, the mechanic, called to say he changed all the air bags but can't get the light off and that he needed to send it elsewhere. I said go ahead! 4 days after that I called Blaine, the mechanic, and he said my car was in New Braunfels since yesterday. Of course Rodney (NB manager) did not call to tell me. When my husband and I went to pick up the car (and my husband cussed out 2 of the employees) the air bag light was still on! I was told that they would have to take it to Honda to get the light off and that would be a few more days! FINE - It's been gone 2 weeks, what's another few days!??!? ...That was 3 weeks ago! And the air bag light is still on. Now, apparently it will be too expensive for them to get it to Honda and I need to take this issue to corporate. I have been told by numerous people here that it's the next person's problem and leave a message or they will call me back. I have NOT received a call. I have to constantly call them 6-10 times a day, and I found the only ones who answer is PAYMENT! (Big surprise) I have paid my first and second car note - along with the $2000 down payment and have not had my car. Finally getting placed on hold 17 minutes, Joseph (no last name) answers and has absolutely NO resolution, NO appeasement and NO customer etiquette. He was rude and did not want to come to a reasonable solution. When I asked if I could talk to someone else, he responded with "I am at the top and there is no one else to speak to." SN: Rodney at the New Braunfels location is incompetent and a liar. I have a recording of him saying he would take care of this and all he does is sit behind his desk grinning stupidly. I'm not sure if he is confused of his job roles or he is just too simple minded to carry them out. I finally got his personal number and he will only answer if I call privately. To not have to deal with them, I offered the resolution for them to keep the car and put the money toward my daughter car. Of course they couldn't do that either. read more
